The apartment consists of a large living room, bedroom, a hallway with new fitted kitchen and a new shower room. In early 2013, the apartment was completely renovated, the furniture is largely new.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, micro and coffee machine. The living room, bedroom is comfortably furnished with a Doppelscharankbett, a large closet, 2 dressers, a Virtine, a flat screen TV, a radio, a 2-seater sofa with a coffee table and a dining table with 2 chairs. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a vanity and a towel heater.

The apartment has a safe.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and animals are not allowed.

There is a bicycle storage in the underground garage. In the house is a passenger elevator. Washer and dryer can be found in the basement (Münzeinwurf).

Location Description
The apartment is located directly in the city center, in the pedestrian zone "Strandstraße". The building Strandstraße 4 is located next to the well-known 5-star luxury hotel "Stadt Hamburg" and borders the apartment house "Strandburg". The apartment is located in the 2nd Floor, to the rear and quiet. In the immediate vicinity are numerous restaurants and shops, as well as a bus stop and a taxi rank. The beach and the train station are only a few hundred meters away.

Additional costs incurred on the day of arrival at the handover of the apartment on site:

A) Tourist tax (obligatory)
From 01. 01. 2019 to 30. 04. 2019 and from 01. 11. 2019 to 31. 12. 2019 the local visitor's tax is 1.65 Euro per day and per person. From 01. 05. 2019 to 31. 10. 2019 the tourist tax is 3,30 Euro per day and per person. If the amount of the tourist tax for your desired period is not specified, just ask in this regard.

B) Bed linen and towels (compulsory)
A linen package (consisting of bed linen and towels) includes 2 towels, 1 bath towel, 1 tea towel, 1 shower mat and once bed linen. For the linen is an amount of 18 euros per person and for the towels is an amount of 7 euros per person.

C) final cleaning (obligatory)
For the final cleaning an amount of 70 Euro has to be paid.

D) Parking (optional)
Upon request, a private parking space is provided in the vicinity of the apartment (about 5 minutes walk away). There is an amount of 3 euros per day to pay.



Note for short breaks:

As a rule, you can book short breaks if the requested period in the booking calendar is a booking gap or a follow-up rental. You can check in the booking calendar whether these criteria apply to your desired date and which periods represent follow-on rentals or booking gaps.

If you are interested in a short break, just ask.



Note for winter holidays:

In the winter months outside the Christmas holidays in Westerland is usually a busy construction activity. Apartments and houses will be prepared and renovated for the next spring and summer season. It can not be ruled out that in the apartment house or in the neighboring houses to building activities and thus possibly also to noise disturbances could come. If you are interested in a certain period of time, you are welcome to ask if construction works are known and the period might be affected.

Charges:

- Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 70 EUR (compulsory).
- Towels: to rent once per person for 7 EUR (compulsory).
- Bed linen: to rent once per person for 18 EUR (compulsory).
- Electricity: included in the price per object per day.
- Local tax / tourist tax: per person and day costs of 3. 3 EUR (compulsory).
