Walk to St. Augustine Beach in 5 minutes!
Pura Vida is a private 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom townhome that was fully renovated by the owners. New kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint, etc.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood one block off of A1A Beach Blvd and two blocks off the beach. Access to the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. You will be close enough to many restaurants, shops and other conveniences in St. Augustine Beach but tucked away from crowds and noise!
Pura Vida is part of a quadruplex, but the unit is two stories so no one will be above or below you. The parking area is the only space shared with the other units. The main living space, kitchen, dining area and laundry are on the first floor. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor.

We are St. Augustine natives and love everything this beautiful coastal town has to offer! Paddle boarding, boating, e-bike rides, exploring the historical district, taking our dogs to the beach, etc. We thoroughly enjoy living here and are happy to share our local insights with guests! When we are not working, we love to travel. We really try to get a true-life experience of a place and have found vacation rentals help immerse you when traveling. We always prefer a vacation rental over a hotel for this reason and many others as well.
