Private: property 1'000 m2 with lawn 800 m2 wildlife garden, orchard. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6.5 km, restaurant 50 m, pebble beach 40 km, public bathing area 40 km, concrete beach 40 km.
