Private: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn 350 m2 trees. In the complex: sauna (extra). Fitness room (extra). Hot tub (extra). Spa area (extra), playroom, shopping facilities, bicycles available (extra). Sandy beach 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise.
