EASTER DEAL! Luxury Near Navona & Campo de’ Fiori – Stunning Views & Top Comfort

ROME ITALY PERFECT PASQUINO APARTMENT
A sophisticated, beautifully furnished and well-maintained luxury vacation apartment in the Piazza Navona area. Modern kitchen, piazza views, marble bathrooms. The perfect location in one of the most characteristic neighborhoods of central Rome.

• Fantastic location on a wonderful little piazza, just steps from Piazza Navona
• Elevator
• Marble bathrooms
• English speaking greeter
• Air conditioning

The Piazza Navona area is full of wonderful restaurants, winding cobblestone streets, cafes, and handy public transportation.

Location
Most famous sights in Rome are within easy walking distance. Just below the apartment is the famous Pasquino statue. The piazza has many wonderful restaurants and down the block are cafes, a famous pizza restaurant, gelateria as well as boutiques.

Exterior
The building dates from the 1800s and has an elevator. The Pasquino apartment is on the top floor for maximum light.

Interior
Relax in the beautifully decorated living room with plenty of comfortable seating and original hand-painted beamed ceilings high above. The living room and bedroom 1 overlook the piazza. The windows throughout the apartment are double-glazed; this is a popular area so you may hear some noise from pedestrians at night if you leave windows open, typical for such a sought-after, central location in Rome. But, close the high insulating windows and quiet reigns. Bedroom 2 is cozy like a ship cabin with ample storage. The apartment boasts a remarkable amount of closet space and a very large eat-in kitchen, unusual for Roman apartments. There is a combination washer/dryer for your laundry needs.

Things To Note

Local hospitality tax paid in cash on arrival.

Windows are sound dampening. If windows are left open at night some pedestrian noise may be heard from street below.

Check in from 5pm-8pm, by appointment. Check out by 10am.
Late check in 8pm-10pm (€50 fee), only possible with advance arrangement. Fee must be paid in cash on arrival to greeter. No check ins after 10pm, sorry no exceptions.

Nice apartment in a great location

Great location and a nice apartment. Plenty of room for our party of 2 adults and 3 kids, and walking distance to pretty much everything you want to see and do in central Rome. Spent a week here and would recommend it to anyone.

Ideal place to explore Rome

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a week in Rome. The 4th floor apartment has plenty of room for family of 4. Piazza Di Pasquino is right off Piazza Navona with lots of great restaurants, wine bars and shops. We loved it

Superb Location - Very Nice Place

OMG, this location was perfect. We felt like we were in the heart of Rome. We walked to most of the main sights and enjoyed discovering things on the way. Lots of good eating and gelato nearby. Yes, loved the suggested ice cream "truffle" in Piazza Navona. Apartment was clean, lovely bathrooms, modern kitchen. Service and friendly welcome top notch. Don't hesitate.

Lovely Location

We were delighted with the apartment, the location on a darling alley w/all sorts of restaurants, a grocery store and the Piazza right around the corner. We walked everywhere from our home base. Nothing is out of reach by foot from this location. Would recommend it to anyone! Plenty of space for children if you were so inclined.

Perfect for us!

We had a wonderful vacation. Our 2 boys in there early 20’s enjoyed their first visit to Rome. There are delicious restaurants and the #1 rated gelato steps from your door. We were able to walk to our Vatican and Colosseum tours. They set up an airport transfer for us since our departure was at 5am. The apartment looks just like to online photos. We would stay at the apartment if we get back yo Rome.

Perfect Pasquino location!

The location of this rental unit was so convenient; we walked to Piazza Navona daily and took a cab (there is a stand right around the corner) for the farther sights. Finding a place to eat was as easy as walking out the front door- there are a multitude of restaurants within a five minute walk. The unit itself was safe, clean, had good a/c units and wonderful new bathrooms. Mr. Molinari was very helpful upon arrival and made himself available should we need anything. We would love to stay here again.

Convenient Location

Nice place for 4 with room to spread out (we mostly used the kitchen to store our luggage lol). The shower in the back bathroom didn't work without getting water all over the place. Shower head seemed to be misaligned so we all used the shower in the other bathroom. Host was helpful and available. It was our first time in Rome and the location was great.

Fantastic except for one thing..

We really liked everything about this apartment. It was very well equipped, clean and the furnishings were lovely. The location is fabulous. But the noise was an issue for us and impacted our ability to sleep well. The master bedroom overlooks a very vibrant and active piazza. So it's great when you walk out the door, but not so great when you are trying to sleep. They have double paned windows but you can still hear the chatter and revelry on the street, as well as trucks collecting trash in the middle of the night. We also heard quite a bit of construction noise from the flat below but that was only during the day. So other than the noise, we we were very happy there.

Great apartment in perfect location

I recently stayed in this apartment with my wife and 3 children (ages 8, 12, and 14). The entire process was wonderful, from booking all the way through departure. The management company was particularly great about making the check in process smooth and easy. The apartment is located in Piazza di Pasquino, which is a quaint and quiet little piazza just next to the much larger Piazza Navona. It's on a street lined with very chic little restaurants, shops, and wine/coffee bars, but is tucked back enough to be completely quiet at night. The apartment is quite spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I cannot say enough nice things about our experience, and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great apartment in an awesome location

This apartment was so perfect for our family vacation in Rome. We had 3 children under 10 and a teenager. I'm always concerned about safety when the family is along and this apartment had just the perfect feel to it. Very safe neighborhood that was close to all the excitement of Piazza Navona. We went out every night for dinner on the quiet side streets and had some awesome food and service. I can't imagine a better location if you really want to be near it all. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the a/c did a fabulous job keeping the apartment nice and cool in the summer. I can't wait to return and would absolutely recommend this lovely residence to friends and family.

Perfect location and incredible flat when visiting Rome

The flat was in a perfect location for our stay in Rome. Walking distance to all the major sites, including the Colosseum (20-25 mins) and Vatican City. The area directly outside the doors has many incredible restaurants and some of the best gelato shops we found. The flat itself was incredibly well kept, beds were comfortable, incredibly clean and had that perfect Italian feeling we were looking for. With the windows open you can hear the hustle and bustle of the activity below, but when closed, it made it almost totally silent. Windows are modern and work very well. The kitchen was very well stocked if you are looking to cook meals. We will certainly look to book this property again when we return to Rome in the near future.

Perfect location for families

The Pasquino Property was everything advertised and then some. My family of 5 felt completely comfortable, like a home away from home. We could leave the apartment and walk anywhere in Rome. Piazza Novona being in our backyard. Even better all financial transactions we're completed in U.S. Dollars and well ahead of our arrival. This is unlike some rentals that want a wad of local currency in hand when you arrive. Lisa answered all of our questions before we arrived, and our greeter answered all local questions. Stephano Car was a great service, grabbed our bags and took us right from the airport to our apartment, and was waiting outside the door when we left for home. I highly recommend Italy Perfect to anyone.

Italy Perfect? You Bet

Perfect location, perfect atmosphere. Everything about this apartment is a positive. It felt like we were living in a Rome neighborhood within walking distance of all the famous sites. It was a blast to get up in the morning and walk down the street to the local cheese shop, the local meat shop and the local bakery to pick up our breakfast fare. Then we would spend the day sightseeing and return late afternoon to a relaxing glass of wine in the apartment. Then around 7:30 or 8 we would head out for our evening meal and had so many choices of wonderful restaurants it was hard to choose. The good thing we were never disappointed! When we return we will definitely look to stay at Pasquino. We have already recommended Pasquino to all our friends in Salem.

Home in Rome

The Pasquino Apartment was the perfect "home" for our family of 4 during our stay in Rome. We could not have asked for a better location with a lively piazza as our back yard and all the wonderful sites of the Eternal City within comfortable walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean and offered all of the amenities of home, though some of the rooms, including the bathrooms, could benefit from some updating. There is something very special about visiting a city, exploring and enjoying all it has to offer, then feeling so at "home" at the end of each amazing day. We would definitely recommend the Pasquino Apartment and Italy Perfect to our friends. Lisa graciously answered all our questions before our trip. Our greeter was helpful and friendly. And our drivers, Rocco and Daniele, were prompt, courteous, and very reliable. Each of them helped make our family trip to Rome unforgettable!

Nice apartment, great location

We found Pasquino to be very nice, but most importantly, incredibly well located for our first visit to Rome. The apartment overlooked a lively piazza with great restaurants and nightlife all within a few blocks. You could eat out every night for days and not leave the block. The apartment could use some work; their was a leak in the kitchen that would not stop, and we often ran out of hot water when taking a shower - the other show we gave up on. We spent the weekend in Florence and just got back. On the train ride up there to stay at a great hotel my wife and I both commented that the one thing we were looking forward to most was a great shower! One other note, while the people at the Tiziano hotel were quite helpful, we wouldn't want to stay there. We stopped in one morning for breakfast and found it depressing, the food non descript and the dining room bleak. All in all, a nice stay, Pat was pleasant to work with and we had a very memorable visit to Rome!

Perfection

My wife, our 2 teenagers and I stayed here in August, during the very hot and busy time for Rome. We could not have been more pleased with the apartment as well as the location. The apartment had ample room, and we even entertained some friends one evening. We walked everywhere from this apartment - if you like to walk rather than cab everywhere, this is perfect. We were pleased it is not located in the busiest area of Rome (Spanish Steps). The Piazza Navona was a perfect place for us to end our evening. We found this to be one of the best gathering/people watching spots in Rome. Also - we ate at the Cul de Sac about 3 times, which we highly recommend. It is about 20 steps outside the door of this apartment. The apartment besides being extremely nice accommodations, was very quiet - we didn't have street noise or neighbor noise. Next time we visit Rome, we are definitely coming back to this apartment. We will recommend this apartment to anyone that asks our insight into traveling to Rome.

Wonderful apartment in great Rome location

We’re just back from a 2-week Italy trip, having spent 4 nights in Rome in Centro Storico. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for our family of five (although they set the 3rd bed up in the ‘master’ bedroom - which we moved to the living room so everyone had their own space at bedtime. ). The library bedroom is very cute and worked well for our two oldest kids. The apartment describes the 3rd bed as a trundle - so I was expecting a pull-out bed under one of the others, but it is a separate bed they set up, which was probably better for us. The location was really great - we walked everywhere - though I’m not sure I would say everything was a 20-minute walk away. Usually a bit longer, but with so much to see along the path, that wasn’t an issue for us. The restaurants nearby were also very good - several wonderful spots just down the road from us - Mimi E Coco was our absolute favoriate (excellent food) and the pizza place a bit down from there was excellent, as well. Really a wonderful stay in the apartment. We didn’t use the kitchen much (at all) but it seemed well stocked. Everything was clean, comfortable, nice decor. We’d definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Apartment

I don't know where to begin!!! We have been to Rome 4 times but never renting an apartment, we always stayed in hotels. We did the math and decided since we were bringing the entire family (5 in all) it was more economical to rent. The Pasquino apartment was perfect. We hired Stefano for our transfers. Stefano was very prompt in returning all our emails (we even booked him for a day trip to Pompei!). Our greeter was so personal, he showed us everything in the apartment. We sat at the kitchen table and talked (english was perfect) at length about the area and places to eat. He wanted to explain how to run the washer and dishwasher, I assured him I was not doing any laundry or cooking, I too was on vacation! My husband and I had the king bed and the 3 "young adults" (18,19 and 25) shared the other. We walked everywhere!! The Pasquino apartment is very centrally located. Everything was perfect!! I would rent this apartment again!!

Terrific!

What a terrific property! Pasquino is first of all located perfectly. It's a 20 minute walk to either the Vatican or the Coliseum. About 10 minutes to the Pantheon. Never needed cabs or public transportation. It's tucked away in a small piazza with loads of shops and restaurants. Noise was never a factor even on a Saturday night. This was our first trip to Rome and we were intrigued to find it a culture not of main boulevards but of alleys all creating a maze of restaurants and shops to explore and enjoy. Recommend Virginiae restaurant close by. The apartment itself is very spacious and well appointed. Very nice kitchen where we cooked breakfast each morning. Good small grocery very near. Matteo, our greeter, communicated promptly and was waiting for us when we arrived from the train station. This was our 2nd experience renting from Italy Perfect as we also rented an apartment from them in Florence. They are perfect to rent from - terrific, professional and complete communication from reservation to check-in. Very helpful for first time travelers to Italy. We will definitely rent from Italy Perfect and its sister companies again.

Centre of the Eternal City

The Pasquino apartment, near Piazza Navona, is a beautifully furnished apartment with plenty of space that is very well kept. But its main advantage is its spectacular location, such that all of the major sites in Rome are within walking distance, while the apartment itself is very quiet. Given that much of the interesting activity in Rome happens fairly late in the evening by our standards, it was nice to go straight from being at the heart of activity to bed in only a few minutes. Baffetto Pizzeria, nearby, is excellent for very reasonable quality pizza (better than some of the other local tourist traps) but always has a queue - suggest turning up at opening time. The gelateria opposite it (Frigidarium) was the best we found in Rome, but it appears that others have found it too as it also often has queues. I strolled each morning to Il Fornaio (the bakery just on the other side of the main road) to pick up pastries for breakfast, and by the third visit they were recognising me and treating me as a regular, which is always nice. The presence of a nespresso machine in the apartment was greatly appreciated. Finally, there was some necessary building maintenance done during the period we stayed, but Italy Perfect kept in touch with us about what was going on and worked hard to make sure we weren't put out by this. Overall, strong recommend.
