Beautiful

A very private, cozy stay, with lots of cute animals and a beautiful pool and deck. The room had all the necessaties and was perfect for me and my girlfriend.

Beautiful Location

This studio is out in the country. Don't try to find it at night. It was hard to find during the day, but we loved it. We saw deer every night. They had horses and wild turkeys. Cute place with everything you need, except a closet. Would stay here again.

Anniversary getaway

This is our BEST trip/stay yet! The pictures do not die this property justice. We overly enjoyed ourselves. The land is beautiful it’s so quiet you can hear nature all day and night the animals are so beautiful to watch. We went to the creek on the property and had a picnic brunch. The pool was amazing to cool off - the host is amazing and gives you privacy. The sky at night is lit up with stars. This place is where you go to get away to get some peace and quiet.

Peaceful and welcoming

Out in the country yet very close to town. This pool house gives privacy for your stay. Large one room with sleeping area, large island with seats and kitchen area plus bath — it was roomier than expected. Heated pool access is just out the door. The animals are beautiful, friendly and well-cared for. Brittni was a terrific host — available but not hovering — who made us feel very welcome.

Wonderful Place

I gave the description of the place 4 stars because it was much nicer than anticipated - pictures didn't do it justice. Sure wish there had been a couple of chairs in the room for a place to sit, lean back and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and would stay again if needed.

Short stay

Though, we stayed only a short while, we had a nice stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The private entry was really nice, as we got in late and didn’t want to disturb anyone. The driveway was big enough to fit my large truck with car in tow. The host was very accommodating and pleasant. Overall it was a good experience.

Cute and kind but some issues to note

The pace is very cute and spacious; nicely furnished. I left a pair of earrings on the bed and Brittani sent them to me which was very kind of her. There were a few issues to note. The first is that the blinds don't quite fit the windows so there is a gap where outside can see in. As a single woman traveling, this was a bit unnerving. The night I stayed it was quite chilly so I was running the heater which occasionally, while I was sleeping, would create a loud screeching that first startled me and then wouldn't stop until I got out of bed and changed the heat setting. It would stop for a bit but started again until I finally turned the heater off so I could sleep. Additionally, there is a large hole in the bathroom wall where cold air blows into the unit. Not terrible or dangerous place but I didn't get a good night sleep.

My family and I currently live at this location in the bigger house part which is also separate from the suite. We moved here in 2013 from Pennsylvania. Growing up I was in Missouri part of the time and PA another part. My husband and I have two boys, the oldest is 11 and the youngest is 8. We have been together since 2006 and married since 2013. My family lives nearby and that's what brought us here. My husband is a diesel mechanic, and we own Honest Repair LLC in Marshfield, MO across from Walmart. We started that business, and it took off allowing us to give customers mechanic repairs at a comfortable, friendly and honest shop. Anyone that knows me would tell you that I'm laid back, friendly, very nice and would help anyone out if need be. I'm full of smiles, laughs and stay calm in almost any situation. When I can make someone happy it makes me happy.

Welcome to Deer Run Estate. This name came from the abundance amount of deer traffic on the property, every day. If you see them hanging out in the field, they like when you say hi. There's other wildlife on the property as well. There's a creek & some trails, feel free to explore. There are also horses on the property at all times. You're welcome to go to the fence and pet them. At the suite, the internet is listed under the Wi-fi details. I've left some bottled water in the fridge that are free for the taking. There's a grill outside that you're welcome to use. Feel free to take a swim in the pool, weather permitting. There's a utility door that has swimming accessories such as floaties, a basketball & volleyball net, games, umbrellas and more. Feel free to call or message me with questions.
