Want to enjoy your morning cup of coffee with a panoramic view of the beautiful sunrises that come up over the bay!

This spacious 3 bedroom is right on the water and not far from the Nayanquing Point. You can see it from the main living area. Which is an area that used by many duck hunters and fisherman.

The open concept floor plan is great for gathering and laughing with friends. This is a one story home which allows for easy movement throughout your stay. (1step at entrances) You can comfortably sleep 8 People. Linens are provided for your convenience. There is a washer and dryer that will also be available to you. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook a great meal. (pans, utensils, glasses, plates, etc.) Meat markets and stores are close. If cooking isn't your thing. No worries, Linwood has some great restaurants and pubs. Bay City is about 20 minutes away and is filled with some amazing restaurants.

Linwood Marina is less than 5 minutes away. Which has 4 launch spaces and a store.

This home isn't just for those that fish or hunt. Golfers can also enjoy this space. There are 2 golf courses within 10 minutes from this home! And several more around the area.

Comfy Cottage with a view

Very clean cottage! The beds and sheets were some of the best we've had for VBRO. Very cozy & comfortable with a beautiful view.

Love for Linwood!

Fantastic property and just perfect for our group both in location and amenities. Dave and Beckey were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The people in this area are as friendly as you’ll find.

Great property

Fantastic property! Love the location of it! Definitely going to rent again. Only negative of the house is that it didn’t have any propane for the grill in the back. Other than that can not complain!
