This guest cottage is a one-bedroom, one-bath home is perfect for a long weekend beach escape for two. Down the footpath to the cottage you will find the entrance is at the rear of the home to a foyer and the queen bedroom down and the full bathroom with a shower only. The queen bedroom opens up to the true gem of the home, a private porch with Adirondack seating for two perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The first floor includes a queen bed and bath (shower only).
Up the spiral staircase to the second-floor living areas there is a well-equipped kitchen, along with breakfast bar dining for three. The kitchen is well supplied with an oven, four burner stove top, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and coffee pot. The living area is complete with a sofa and chair, and a Juliette balcony that overlooks 30A with wonderful town views and you can see the fireworks from this balcony for July 4th and New Year's Eve!
This cottage is the quintessential style in Seaside… cute, romantic, quaint, and in a superb location. For additional space, the main 3-bedroom cottage, Monday’s Child, may also be rented.
