This newly renovated condo is conveniently located on the South side of the island within the gated community of Regatta Point Villas and is only minutes away from beaches, restaurants, shopping, the St. John ferry and Red Hook. It's also only 15 min. away from the airport.
Have dinner at Mim's Seaside Bistro, play all day at Bolongo Bay Beach where you can enjoy many water activities and the bar or just relax and take in the Caribbean breeze on the balcony, the choice is yours.

St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands is a very family friendly island with many activities and sights where both couples and families can all enjoy. Perfect island vacation condo.

Just stayed here 6 nights. Nicely decorated condo with all the amenities for a beach vacation. Would definitely stay here again. The sunsets from the balcony are the best on the island.

Wonderful accommodations!

The communications prior to our arrival were very helpful. The instructions were easy to follow and helpful. We found the unit to be very modern, clean, and well-equipped. We will definitely book again in the future.

Quiet retreat by the cliff

Great condo by the cliffs, beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood. Place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Nice to have beach towels, chairs, umbrella if needed. Pool has great ocean view, a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Parking lot is a little rough but the roads everywhere were not in good shape. Responsive host, no issues at all! We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great. Responsive owners, beautiful view, right on the water, and everything else for a couple to enjoy. The only drawback is that if you’re planning to come and go then you would be best served renting a vehicle as the taxi rides will add up. But this is offset by the spectacular property!

Relaxing comfort

We enjoyed this cute Condo from the minute we walked in! The views are spectacular and the place is remodeled and absolutely lovely. They stock the kitchen with all the things you would need to cook or prepare snacks. We only ate out in the evenings so we had breakfast and lunch there. It's extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable. It's close to Red Hook and pretty close to town. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for privacy and comfort. We would definately return! Thank you for providing such a lovely space!

Five star unit!

Very impressed how it was clean and neat. So glad the unit has decent washer and dryer so we could launder our clothes and swiming suits during the stay. Even had beach chairs and towels.

Since that first trip, our dream was to some day own a piece of paradise. Whether this is your first trip to the islands or you are returning visitors, we hope you enjoy our condo and all that the USVI has to offer.
