Downtown Cozy Historic Suite *Private Porch*

Summary:
This is 1 of 4 beautiful apartments located in the Historic Kelley House in Downtown Pensacola. This home exudes historic character yet has all the modern amenities one desires. We are located just a few blocks to the heart of downtown and 10 minutes' drive to Pensacola Beach. Beach gear, including towels, is provided as well as bicycles to explore the area. This property is suited to adults only. No children or infants, please. We look forward to hosting you!

The Space:
This is the largest first-floor Suite. It has a private porch, full kitchen, and private bath. Everything you will need for a cozy getaway!

Guest Access:
Keypad door entry.

The Neighborhood:
Old East Hill Historic District

Getting Around:
We have bikes on site for our guests. Palafox St is walkable for most guests.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are NOT allowed at this property! If you proceed to bring a pet, there will be an additional $200 cleaning fee added to your booking total.

Interaction with Guests:
Please send all communication through your booking channel to ensure that your message isn't missed. As we have staff in the area that can always respond quickly to any concerns.

Greet lil’ gem in historic Pensacola
Nice location. This lil’ gem was perfect for a quiet getaway, close to several beaches, the supermarket and a great lil’ patio restaurant- Gaby’s. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. ‘Would definitely consider staying again some time.

Great location relative to downtown, marinas or the beaches
Historic with charm. Very glad we opted to stay at the Kelly House among all the options available. Hope all the guest that follow treat the house with respect and courtesy, so everyone who chooses to stay there can enjoy the charm for a long time. The owners have excellent taste for finishes, decorations, and just enough stuff to make each apartment suite very comfortable. With Gratitude, Toasted Coconut and Grilled Pineapple

The unit was exactly as described and was very comfortable & clean. The location is great. So close to downtown but in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to restaurants, beaches, etc. we will definetly stay here again on our next trip.

Absolutely beautiful property in an historic neighborhood. The accommodations were beautifully updated and had everything we needed and more. Property manager communication was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here every time I visited Pensacola.

Absolutely beautiful!
This place is beautiful and exactly like the photos! It’s quaint and cozy with all of the luxuries and conveniences of home. The pergola is a perfect place for a happy hour. The king size bed is extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown. Overall a great experience, and we would stay here again if we come back to this area.
