Cozy little apartment is a family-friendly apartment located in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches and the city center. The apartment is located on the first floor of the family house and has private access. The apartment features 1 bedroom (with Queen size bed for 2 persons), one living room (sofa-couch for 2 persons) with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioner in living room/ kitchen. The apartment is located in a family house with 3 apartments and is 36 m2. During the day you can chill in the garden that is full of Mediterranean horticulture. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset from the terrace with stunning views. Free wifi and free parking space for one car are included.
Situation: in dead-end street in district Valdebek. Estate approximately 500 m2, partially closed plot. For shared use with other guests in the house is a nice garden with a barbecue, table tennis, children's playground.
