Beautiful three bedroom private waterfront home in Indian Rocks Beach features a pool with hot tub, outdoor dining and lounging areas and gorgeous waterway views! Well thought out home has three bedrooms, two of which have waterway views with sliding door access to the outdoor living area, two bathrooms, foosball table, living room with sleeper sofa, spacious kitchen, dining room with pool and water views, washer and dryer, beach towels, sand toys and a golf cart (access provided upon signing a waiver).

Upon walking into the home you will find the fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the living room with a cozy sitting area with plenty of natural lighting, sofa that pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa bed, ceiling fan and TV.

Dining room has a farmhouse style dining table that seats six guests and four stools at the breakfast bar. There's also a sitting area in the kitchen that overlooks the pool area and waterway.

Master Bedroom has direct waterway views and access to the backyard oasis, a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV, nightstands with lamps and closet

Master Bathroom is a full bathroom with garden tub, tiled stand up shower, vanity sink and toilet

Guest Bedroom #2 also has direct waterway views and access to the backyard oasis, a queen size bed, nightstand with lamp, clock, dresser, TV and ceiling fan.

Guest Bathroom is a full bathroom with vanity sink, toilet and shower tub combination.

Guest Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with queen size bed on bottom and twin size on top allowing this room to sleep up to three guests, ceiling fan, dresser, nightstand and TV

Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all major appliances, cutlery, serveware, dishes, pots, pans, quality cookware and Kitchenaid coffee that takes ground coffee and also a Keurig that takes K-cups.

Off the kitchen is the laundry room with full size front loading washer and dryer, vacuums, broom and beach towels.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.

Parking:
This property provides 3 parking spaces.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Outdoor space is truly an oasis boasting beautiful waterway views, sunsets and even dolphin sightings. There is a resort style lounging area, six top dining table, Weber gas grill, heated pool with hot tub overflow and nice turf area that leads you to your private dock with built in bench to sit right at the water edge and take in the scenery. Seawall also has a full fence as well at the dock entrance for peace of mind for those traveling with younger kids. Also provided with this home are: a bike, two kayaks, two stand up paddle boards, six beach chairs and beach tent.

There are two beach accesses closest to this home at 26th and 27th avenues. Both accesses have a few parking spaces that are on a first come basis or it is a 19 minute walk to the sand. There are also beach rentals in IRB if you chose to rent a golf cart during your stay. The quaint town of Indian Rocks has a nice array of local restaurants, retail and sweet shops. The home is close to Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Sandy's, Hurricane Eddy's, Salt Public House, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, Beach shop and salon. There is also Kolb Park with a playground, sports field, tennis court and skate park and the Indian Rocks Library.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips such as: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Walsingham Park, Mc Gough Nature Park is a big hit for kids and just over the IRB bridge; it has rescued birds, reptiles, playground, walking trails that lead to the water and you can feed turtles. Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
