The space

PLEASE NOTE: The bottom units, including the downstairs doors, bathroom, and laundry area, are currently under construction. These areas will not be accessible during your stay. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until September 30, 2025. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the entire resort and its facilities.

Our beautifully designed, 2BDR/2B condo sits on the 2nd floor of the Coral Resort with unobstructed, panoramic views of the crystal intracoastal water and a very beautiful pool view. From the stylish furnishings to views of dolphins while relaxing in the sunroom sipping your coffee, the Charming 1940 Condo was created with the discerning traveler in mind seeking peace, beauty, and escape in a tropical but curated setting.

Please note, a digitally signed rental agreement must be completed prior to arrival and you must provide a copy of a legal ID and a verification selfie on that agreement. We cannot do this agreement in person, it must be done digitally. By making a reservation you're agreeing to this term and we will not issue refunds due to the agreement or ID.

PLENTY of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques within a very (very) short walk. Seriously, bring your car and park for FREE but enjoy the town of Clearwater Beach without it :)

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire resort and its amenities.

Check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Check out at or before 10:00 a.m.
6 GUEST MAX ARE ALLOWED TO STAY IN UNIT.
Fishing is allowed but cleaning/gutting/filleting fish inside the unit is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! - ($300.00 additional Cleaning Fee will be assessed if this happens)
Please clean, gut and fillet fish at the cleaning stations on the dock. Please make sure to clean up after cleaning fish.
All garbage must be placed in the dumpster outside D building upon check out
No smoking in the unit - you are welcome to smoke in the common areas.
All laundry, including bed linens, are placed in the laundry basket before checkout
Dishes cleaned and put away before checkout.
