Designer retreat!!! 4bdrm/2bath, one level luxury home boasting a peaceful private retreat with a beautiful solar heated pool, brand new spa, and multiple covered outdoor sitting and dining areas. Large garage equipped with shuffleboard, billiard, fooseball and darts. EV charger. Cook at home in a fully stocked gourmet kitchen or take a 5 min drive to nearby family and high-end restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping. Steps away from a spacious green area park with a large playground. 30 minutes to downtown Sacramento, 1.5 hours to Tahoe, San Francisco or Napa, and too many local attractions to list! Welcome to beautiful wonderland where functionality meets practicality and design! This newly renovated, one level, all fenced home is located on a safe quiet neighborhood street. Whole house is lovingly set up for the needs of all your family members. This house feels very specious and has multiple sitting areas for conversations and dining inside and outside. You will love watching sunsets through the trees on a lazy relaxing afternoon. Play in the pool, spa, or the garage playroom or venture out and rent motorized as well as non-motorized sports at Folsom Lake. Enjoy great hiking and biking trails around the lake. Sacramento Aquatic center also provides non-motorized water sport rentals. Paddleboarding or kayaking anyone? Multiple wineries and craft breweries to visit and explore. Thunder Valley Casino for the fate temping kind. Kids' activities include Sunsplash Water Park, Quarry Park Adventures, Sacramento Zoo and Fairyland, bowling, mini golf, bumper cars to name a few. Guest satisfaction and happiness are our number one priority. We only own and operate two houses (soon to be 3) as short-term rentals and take a lot of pride in it. Both houses are within a mile from each other, and we live nearby also. We are always available to assist our guests with any questions or concerns. Please let us know sooner rather than later if something needs to be addressed so we can make your stay more enjoyable, and the house will be ready for the next guest. But, most importantly, have a wonderful time and build those lifetime memories with your family and friends!

The comfiest home away from home!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving & were so impressed with everything! The house is beautifully designed to accommodate our large family (4 adults & 3 kids) comfortably and was impeccably clean. There is plenty of space in the common areas inside & outside. My kids were thrilled to play with the many toys available & loved the garage. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs & appliances are top notch. The neighborhood is adorable and there is a park conveniently 2 blocks away. We plan to come back in the summer!

Family Fun Weekend Away

Maria is an amazing hostess - her home was spectacular! I can't even put into words how much fun we had there. All the special touches like snacks, yummy smelling soaps in each bathroom, the fun kids room, towels, linens and extra blankets were all great. The backyard oasis was incredible - we spent many hours swimming in the pool and jacuzzi, and just "talking story" underneath the gazebo. The thought and care of all amenities provided to make everyone so comfortable is so appreciated. The serape wraps for evenings outside was so nice, and pool floaties fun for all. Thank you Maria, I would love to come and stay again - we made so many memories this weekend at your lovely home!

Stunning!

We had an amazing time staying here and will absolutely be back! The pool, the hot tub and all of the amenities made for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. It’s very clear that a great deal of thought went into all of the details that this property provides. Maria is an excellent, kind and friendly host. Family Reunion Getaway

The home was stunning! It was the perfect home base for us while we visited family for a reunion. Our family enjoyed every amenity at the home, it was so comfortable, well-appointed and offered so many areas for relaxing. Our host was amazing! Definitely recommend this rental.

The home was perfect in every way. The place was in great condition with nothing spared in making it an oasis in the suburbs. The pool was a great place to relax at the end of a day! And the house had everything you would ever need. Wonderful host!

Relaxing and perfect!

We loved our stay in this house. The property is perfect, with a beautiful relaxing yard with hot tub, pool, and gorgeous landscaping with relaxing seating areas. we spent the whole weekend outside because of the ambiance, including the outdoor dining area. We also enjoyed the game room quite a bit. Bedrooms were comfortable. best of all, Maria was an awesome host. we accidentally left a purse and she took the time to fedex it to us immediately. she rocks!!!

Pictures don’t do it justice!

This house is pristine! We had a girls long weekend & thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is beautiful and the attention to detail was so impressive. Every imaginable amenity is here! The kitchen has it all! The backyard is like a resort, Sonos sound system, great BBQ & even a waterfall. This is a premium, luxury property - I wish I could give it 10 stars. I hope to come visit again.

Beautiful oasis!

Fantastic House

What an incredible resort style property! The house was perfect for our family (wife and I and 3 grown daughters). Loved the openness of the main living area and the outdoor pool/cabana/spa could not have been better. House was incredibly clean with plenty of space to hang out. And with all of the modern amenities, this was the perfect home away from home. Maria was a wonderful and very responsive host. Ideal location for trips to Muir Woods, SF Museum of Modern Art, Placerville, Sacramento museums and restaurants. My daughters have already inquired as to when we will return.

Hard to improve on perfection

Seldom do your expectations exceed reality. In this vrbo, they did. The property was amazing! Frim the stunning pool and landscaped back yard oasis to the everything in its place kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Maria, the host, anticipated all needs and had a well-appointed house. Communication was spot in and maria and husband chad (super nice couple) brought us produce from their garden. Overall it was the best family vacation in part because of the vrbo!
