Out in boonies

The place had an out in the boonies feel. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and had other people being loud outside our window when trying to sleep from other apartments. It is centrally located between Houston and Galveston if that’s your goal. Owner was responsive.

Not a pleasant experience

Arrived to find house with TV laying on couch, dead bugs everywhere had to clean up with cockroach on kitchen. Had to clean floors before bringing in our things. Did not have wash and dryer as was stated had in listing. Was advertised as guest house for 5 but no bedding for sofa bed. One of the 4 bath towels in bathroom was stained and torn was more of a rag. No internet service so TV did not work, had to go outside to get any internet. After contacting host got rude response and pretty much said live with it. Would not recommend this house or service.

safe and convenient

safe area, close to I-45 to get to galveston or north to houston Lower rating due to cleanliness: Floors and counters were sticky, side of refrigerator was very dirty(thought it was rust,but it wasn"t) Host was responsive to our calls, never met him in person Would stay there again if the cleaning improves

La Marque Trip!

Very Clean, quiet neighborhood. Property manager very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend stay for anyone visiting the area!

Nice, clean apartment in quiet neighborhood

Everything except the king bed was good. We had to put the box springs back on the rails before we were able to sleep. There was one television, but it was not connected. Only the very basic amenities were provided, so anyone staying here should either bring their personal favorites or be prepared to go shopping. I guess we have been spoiled by the other property owners we have rented from, because they provided basic staples or more in the kitchen and bathroom. If you are a light sleeper you will be disturbed by the noise coming from upstairs.
