Kunsthues Laboe - in the best beach location, charming and family friendly!

Relax in our apartment located on the ground floor, which impresses with its Nordic-fresh furnishings and offers you by their loving and modern decor a very high level of comfort. The North German painter Jürgen Tiedemann ensures with his Baltic Sea motifs for additional flair in all rooms. The apartment refurbished in 2011 is located in a quiet side street parallel to the beach promenade, so that you can sleep undisturbed at night, but still only a 1 minute walk to the beach.

From here you also get into the first bedroom, classically furnished with double bed, wardrobe and flat screen TV. Just ahead, separated from an intermediate door, extends a generous dining and living area on two levels. Here you will find an inviting cozy sofa area - just right to relax after a wonderful day on the beach. Even in the kitchen every hobby chef will want for nothing. Comfortably and modernly equipped, every fish brought from the harbor can easily be prepared - even a small table for the coffee in the morning was thought of. A second bedroom is from the living / dining area and is also equipped with wardrobe, comfortable double bed and flat screen TV. You will also find this in the living area.
Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth even in winter and creates a pleasant living environment. The bathroom leaves nothing to be desired - spacious and modern with open rain shower and ample space in the closets. In addition, you can easily wash and dry your clothes in the adjoining utility room.

Do you feel comfortable! In this artistic apartment you will not miss anything in terms of comfort and location!

A specially reserved for you beach chair can be used at any time - just right for all lovers of the Baltic Sea and the fresh air.

Große und Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, zwei richtige Schlafzimmer, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wichtig:Insektenschutzgitter vorhanden. Lage 2 Minuten zum Meer,,2 Minuten in die Fußgängerzone.Idealer Ausgangspunkt für allerlei Aktivitäten.Optimal zum "Schiffe gucken" Gute Anbindung nach Kiel mit dem Schiff oder Auto Strandkorb und Garage inclusive Sehr seriöser Kontakt zur Vermieterin Fazit: Extrem empfehlenswert ! Dass wir zur Kieler Woche Top Wetter hatten machte es natürlich noch schöner

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Nähe zum Meer und der Promenade ist super. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Wundervolle Ostseezeit

Die Unterkunft ist super! Viel Platz bzw. geräumig, top ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet. Lage strandnah, aber auch mitten in Laboe. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort, haben viele Ausflüge gemacht und vor allem Glück mit dem Wetter gehabt. Wir alle waren begeistert und werden gerne irgendwann wiederkommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der sehr ordentlichen, großen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Direkt am Marktplatz und trotzdem dicht am Strand.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten in Laboe

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Laboe. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Vehloh klappte ebenfalls reibungslos, so dass wir einen entspannten Urlaub genießen konnten.

Tolle Fewo direkt am Strand

Wir haben uns in der familienfreundlichen Fewo rundum wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin, Frau Vehlow, ist sehr nett. Die Fewo ist zentral aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Zu Fuß ist man in 2 Minuten am Strand. Zur Fewo gehören eine Garage und ein Strandkorb. Die Fewo ist absolut empfehlenswert 👍

Wirklich sehr schön

Eine umfassend gelungene Ferienwohnung, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat! Ausreichend Platz, und super ausgestattet, auch für kleine Kinder (Reisebett, Kinderhochstuhl, Tritt). Auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner sind da natürlich super. Sie liegt mitten im Örtchen, man hat also keine langen Wege. Nur zwei kleine Wermutstropfen, die Meckern auf hohem Niveau sind: die Garage ist für grosse Autos etwas knapp und ein paar Meter entfernt. Hat uns insgesamt aber wenig gestört, da wir auch öfters einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus gefunden haben. Und: der Aussenbereich ist ein Gemeinschaftsbereich. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Ein sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Super für Familien geeignet und komplett ausgestattet. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir haben uns im Kunsthues, Laboe richtig wohl gefühlt. Sehr gern wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist schön und auch sehr gut bestückt, mit Besteck etc. . Auch an regnerischen Tagen kann man hier einen tollen Urlaub verbringen.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr toll und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben! Alles ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Die Lage ist optimal. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Erholung pur

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche im Kunsthues verbracht. Das Wetter war sehr wechselhaft, aber in der gemütlichen Wohnung haben wir gerne unsere Zeit verbracht, in der wir nicht draußen sein konnten oder wollten. Die Lage ist super, eine Minute zum Strand, eine Minute zum Bäcker, mehrere gute Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Super gelegende Wohnung

Top Lage, unmittelbar in der City und am Strand. Modern ausgestattet saubere Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und top organisiert. Und den Strandkorb darf man nicht vergessen , egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Man zum Strand geht , immer hat man seinen Korb mit Platz. Ach ja und das Auto hat auch einen tollen Garagenplatz in der Nähe. Einfach nur Danke liebe Familie Vehlow !

Der Aufenthalt im Kunsthues in Laboe war sehr erholsam. Die Ausstattung hochwertig und der Strandkorb, der zur Fewo gehört, am nahe gelegenen Strand , wurde oft und gern genutzt. Rundherum sehr zufrieden.

Wohlfühlen ab der ersten Minute

Das helle, wohnliche und äußerst geräumige Domizil bietet reichlich Komfort. Die zahlreichen Kunstobjekte, ein Genuss für das Auge, harmonieren mit Mobiliar und dem jeweiligen farblichen Hintergrund. Die Ausstattung der Küchenecke lässt keine Wünsche offen.
