Cute and Convenient

A super cute loft in a convenient location. Easy to get to Union Station and other area attractions. Enjoyed walking to Omen Coffee for some fantastic coffee too.

Great stay!

Property was clean and easily accessible. Short drive to Union Station. We were in town for ballgames and easily got around. Will keep this property on my short list.

Spacious, Relaxing Urban Loft

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay. The apartment, which is in a restored warehouse, is huge—with high ceilings, enormous windows, and lots of character (exposed brick, massive concrete columns, industrial-style windows, and vintage wood floors. Everything was faithful to the listing and thoughtfully fitted out. The apartment was very quiet, and the bed was excellent. The bath was spacious (with a great shower) and had plenty of extra towels, make-up clothes, and lots of drawers, hooks, and shelves to organize your stuff. We did not have a car during our visit to St. Louis, and we walked everywhere, often at night, and never felt uncomfortable. The property is well-lit, and there are several levels of security access. We would definitely stay here again. We loved the quiet and the warehouse vibe. We looked forward to coming in after a long day, opening a bottle of wine, relaxing, and watching day turn to night as the Ferris wheel lights came on in the distance.

Clean Modern & Stylish

Once we got through the gate and finally got in the building everybody that lived in the building was very kind and the maintenance guy was a big help I had trouble getting a hold of Janae when I tried to text her and never would go through and he called her for me and we got it set up and everything was good after that

Apartment is AWESOME

Janay was extra easy to work with. She was prompt on any questions asked. The checkin was too easy and very simple. The apartment was incredibly clean and had tons of space. The large kitchen with very nice living space was a plus. I am coming back next year and definitely plan to stay again in this apartment. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

Pretty Good!

Room/Building itself were very clean. Room was huge, and nicely furnished. Comes with gated parking, which was a plus too. Only knocks were checking in, primarily because it feels a little vulnerable parking on a street and trying to change a manual lock to get the gate opener. Also, the street you drive down to pull in had broken glass all over, but that’s seemingly out of the hosts control. Felt safe once you walk the half block or so around the building (Again more broken glass). Would likely stay again if ever in STL.

My St. Louis Cousin Weekend Getaway

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Janay’s home away from home. She was extremely helpful effectively and efficiently whenever I needed assistance with anything concerning the property and the process of checking in or checking out. The property to my surprise had a pool on the premises although it was all of 3ft deep it was an amazing option to have available to me. The location was a major key to me as I was in town visiting my cousin for her baby shower, all the while trying to squeeze in a little time for sights and bites of the city. Everything was in walking distance or a short cab ride for those non walkers. The NY’er in me hit the pavement running trying to cram in all STL had to offer in a 24hr window of time. I was pleasantly surprised that I successfully did and saw all that I wanted in the time that was laid out for me. Janay’s place is definitely a hidden gem of the city and I’d highly recommend that anyone looking to visit the STL area and any of it’s surrounding areas choose her place as you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Janay for being a perfect host!

Nicely appointed loft

With its exposed ceiling and timber floors, it feels like a true loft. It is nicely decorated and there are some extra touches like a snack tray guests are welcome to. Janny was very helpful and available to answer any questions. The location is close and relatively convenient to several of the city’s highlights. However, the area is being developed so I recommend using Uber/Lyft, especially at night.

Industrial Loft

This is a great loft offering a short walk to downtown attractions, restaurants and the Arch. The loft is clean and completely furnished with everything you need. There are a lot of steps for check in and check out, all in the name of security. Janay sent all the information, however, we were on the road traveling and we were not able to receive the information. The VRBO app was not working properly as well. Fortunately, Janay called and walked us through the steps to check in. (Thank you, Janay!!) Very glad for the gated/secure parking lot. We loved the industrial style decor. It was perfect for us and our short stay in St. Louis. We would recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future.
