Beautiful spacious holiday home in the small harbor town of Kortgene in Zeeland, right on the Veerse Meer. The house is quiet, lovingly and furnished to a high standard and surrounded by a large private fenced garden not visible.
The spacious living-dining area with open kitchen is comfortably furnished.
The house offers a conservatory, with library and electric fireplace. Overall, the house has a floor space of 120m2.
5 minutes to the Veerse sea, playgrounds, swimming pool, restaurants and supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance. The most beautiful beaches of Zeeland are only a few minutes away by car.
Golf course in Goes approx. 7km.
Families with children and also dog owners are welcome.
Ideal for the larger family.
Three spacious bedrooms offer a lot of comfort, in the nursery is enough space to play. One bedroom is on the ground floor, two upstairs.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine / filter coffee machine, microwave and dishes, pots and pans.
The newly renovated bathroom has a double sink and a walk-in shower.
The renovated toilet is located separately on the ground floor opposite.
The house is fully equipped with a flatscreen TV, a library, winter garden, the two furnished terraces offer a charcoal grill.
In the storage room is a washing machine available, as well as ironing board and iron.
Bed linen is available for a surcharge.
