Beautiful completely renovated 2 bed 2 bath condo on the easily accessible first floor with preserve view. Almost everything in this condo is brand new as of April 2023 (beds, linens, walls, ceilings, doors, kitchen, appliances, furniture, bathrooms). The community has tons of amenities- golf, bocce, lots of pools and hot tubs, pickle ball, tennis, kayaking, clubhouse with fabulous food. The Island Sound neighborhood where this condo is located has its own pool, hot tub, and grilling area and is conveniently located within walking distance to the River Club (pool and fitness), racquet center and golf club. We also have a bike available to you. Pelican Sound is surrounded by plenty of shopping- Coconut Point is located just 10 minutes away with every store you could imagine and plenty of restaurants. No need to stress about the airport as it's only 20 minutes away. One month minimum rental.
