Beach Club Catalina 904 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath freshly painted luxury condo on the ninth floor with a private balcony and Direct Gulf views from the living, dining, kitchen area and the master bedroom! The Catalina Tower is located "Right on the Beach" at an upscale resort with a sugar white sand endless beach! As a guest in this condo, you will have access to the four sparkling pools with hot tubs at the foot of each of the four towers, three boardwalks with showers that leads to the sugar sand beach and the Gulf of America, playground, basketball court and may patron the fine casual dining restaurant at the clubhouse with a full bar and stunning views or indulge in a massage at the salon & spa at the clubhouse and patron the sports bar and grill, souvenir & beach attire, ice cream & coffee bar near the entrance of the resort. You may choose to indulge and enjoy the Clubhouse private amenities (for an additional fee). A state of the art fitness center, game room with free games, and elegant indoor pool with Gulf Views, adjoining luxurious ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor pool with a Tiki Bar and Grill and access to seven Rubicon clay tennis courts and many children's activities! Beach loungers with umbrella, para-sailing and other beach activities are available seasonally booked through the Clubhouse.

C904 has a large, private, furnished balcony for dining or sipping on something cool while watching the dolphins play in the Gulf. The condo amenities include WiFi, a cottage style open floor plan, sofa sleeper, 3 HDTVs with DVD players, a fully updated and stocked kitchen with all new full size appliances, new Quartz countertops, new wood cabinets and new flooring. The master bedroom with King size bed features new paint, new bedding with a separate completely updated vanity area. The freshly painted second bedroom features a comfy queen bed. The condo also features a brand new stackable washer/dryer.

The beds are made with fresh white linens and a linen set is supplied for the sofabed. Bath linens and "Starter Set" for kitchen and bath amenities. Just bring your beach towels, food, disposable paper goods, extra trash bags and detergents for the clothes washer and dishwasher.

The owner is a member of the clubhouse, so with a extra daily or weekly fee, you and your entire party may enjoy the private amenities, which includes a fitness center & indoor pool with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor pool with a Tiki Bar and Grill, children's activities and access to the tennis courts! The daily/weekly fee, which covers everyone in your party, is based on the number of days used. This fee is paid in person at the clubhouse desk. Without this fee, you still have access to the four building pools with hot tubs at no additional costs.

For the golfers in the family, there are 3 challenging courses within10 miles of the Beach Club. *Please be aware, Golfcarts (rented or owned) are NOT ALLOWED on property at all.

There is also amazing fishing in the Gulf and Mobile Bay. We have several marina's close by for the amateur or avid fisherman.

Two loungers and an umbrella rental are available for rental per day, however, the clubhouse sets the rates. Para-sailing and other beach activities are available through the clubhouse and are offered seasonally when weather permits. Some dining options and activities are only offered seasonally.
