Welcome to your home away from home in Clearwater, FL! No cleaning fee here - in fact, we provide a cleaner every two weeks, included in your stay. We specialize in mid- to long-term stays, and with our "pay for 14, stay for 30" deal, you'll have plenty of time to explore everything Clearwater has to offer.

Located in a peaceful cul de sac, this home is a nature lover's dream, with a nature trail starting right at your doorstep and leading you into the beautiful Florida wilderness.

The house features three bedrooms, two dining areas, and a cozy living room. But that's not all - there's also a spacious rec room, complete with a comfortable futon, a charming reading nook, and an additional TV. With sleeping arrangements for up to 9 people (2, 2, 1, 1, 2, 1), there's plenty of space for the whole family or a group of friends.

In terms of distances to nearby attractions, you're just a 7-minute walk to the Pinellas County African American Museum, an 8-minute drive to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and a short 12-minute drive from the famous Clearwater Beach. If you're in the mood for some shopping, Walmart is just a 6-minute drive away, and the Marina is a quick 9-minute drive. And of course, being so close to the coast, you're only 3 minutes away from the water.
