Effective January 16th, 2025, through February 17th, 2025, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Welcome to the perfect Papakea condo! Enjoy ocean views past the tranquil koi pond and beautifully manicured tropical grounds. This condo offers all the comforts of home. Relax on your lanai and be amazed by brilliant sunsets with Molokai and Lanai in the distance. Turtles swim along the oceanfront year-round and whales play in the channel during our winter months!

Papakea D104 is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that sleeps four guests. This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen ready for an in-house home cooked meal. Stay cool with window A/C in the main living room area, tiled flooring, ceiling fans, and wonderful ocean breezes. Entertainment includes TV equipped with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, golf clubs and balls to enjoy Papakea's putting green and beach chairs for your convenience while adventuring to Maui's most beautiful beaches and/or local parks. This condo also has an in-room safe which provides a convenient location for guests to secure valuables including passports, laptops, cameras, credit cards and more.

The bedroom features a Queen size bed and its own flat screen TV. In the living room, you will find a Queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests. The bathroom features a single sink and tile/glass surrounded shower. This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'anapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large spas, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, a farmer's market, a snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park.

There are beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching during the winter months from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. Papakea is walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Our on-island management team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.

**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

D104 was a perfect condo for us both. ABC Shop close by for groceries, a lovely view of the koi pond, We really enjoyed our time there. No plans to return for another holiday to Maui as we both turn 82yrs in 4 weeks. Thank you for everything

Last year my husband and I visited and fell in love with the Papakea Resort and we ended up purchasing the 1 bedroom condominium (D104) to offer as a short term rental. We worked with a wonderful contractor to do a complete refresh with new appliances, carpeting, and furnishings. Last week was the first week that we used the condo and our 'My Perfect Stays' partners did a fabulous job with the pre-cleaning, towels, and awesome gifts. We received high marks from our friends who did not want to leave! Looking forward to working with you all.

Fantastic resort!

We loved our stay at this beautiful resort! The condo was very nice. We liked being on the ground floor and able to walk right out onto the grounds. We made use of the pool, putting greens, shuffle board, bag toss, cabana, and loungers by the seawall. Lovely property!

The best honeymoon ever

Everything was absolutely perfect upon arrival, after planning a wedding, all you want to do is relax and that’s exactly what we were able to do with staying at Papakea D104. It was extremely clean and so easy to check in. They were super responsive and even had a little welcome basket for us! We will definitely be back!

Perfect place to stay, away from the maddening crowds, beautiful ocean views, great barbecues by the pool, plenty of lounge chairs by the beach wall…a very relaxing atmosphere.. This unit was perfect, and would stay in this unit again.. Since I like to cook, maybe have a salad spinner, and measuring cups would be helpful.. There was an ironing board , but no iron, but I was fine without one..

Papa Kia enjoyment December 7 - 22

We have stayed at Papa Kia three times and enjoy the well kept grounds, pool hot tub and BBQ facilities, nearby walking access to groceries and restaurants and the beach boardwalk. The unit was as described, well furnished, comfortable and a n all day shaded lani with beautiful garden and pond proximity and ocean visibility. We encountered a few insects as to be expected and the management team assured us this would be corrected for the next guests A few amenities that we have had at other Maui condos that could be added include a beach umbrella, snorkelling gear, a body surf board and food leftover storage containers. It pays to be very careful with food storage as recommended . A great two weeks and we certainly plan to retur.

Two downsides. The ocean is at the sea wall but there is no beach. Managers can’t fix that. But they could have extended our stay for a late checkout when our flight was cancelled. There was no reservation for that night but they wouldn’t do it. Wanted us to pay $300 for another night. Thankfully the cleaners did not show up on time as promised- lol

Enjoyable vacation

The property is right on the ocean, many rooms with views but this one has a view of the coy pond. This unit is closer to the parking area, tennis courts, reception and exit. Well maintained grounds with tiki torches at night. Reception was easy and pleasant. Condo is better than description, nice added touch was staples such as salt, coffee filters, and beach chairs.

We’ll kept home in a great location!

Thank you for sharing your home with us! We enjoyed every bit of our vacation. The place is kept very well and the location is superb. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, and a short drive to beautiful beaches (or walk if you want to visit the resort right next door). The ground floor makes the outdoor space seem as if it’s an extension of your home. Would absolutely stay here again.

A Perfect Vacation

We have stayed at Papakea many times over the years. This unit though is the most beautiful of all! The renovation was perfectly done and every amenity you could think of was provided. Being able to do laundry, BBQ and a fully stocked kitchen where we could cook made it easy to feel at home. This unit is perfectly situated where the patio is never in full sun and you can sit and enjoy the smell of the salt air and the relaxing sounds of the koi pond waterfalls. My Perfect Stays was a wonderful host. They did not interrupt or interfere during the trip at all but made themselves available 24/7, should you need them. When we arrived it was very clean and had a nice fresh, clean smell. The lights were on which was welcoming and made you feel right at home. Papakea grounds are impeccably maintained and serene. A grocery store, Farmers Market, ABC Store, several restaurants and food trucks were all within walking distance. We very much enjoyed celebrating our 30 year anniversary here and plan to come back next year to this very same unit!

Papakea is always amazing

This was a business trip for two of my employees. We provide home automation. The Papakea is amazing whether its for vacation, work, or both. The grounds are beautiful, its across the street from the best restaurant in Maui (Java Jazz), and whales right off the beach. The condo was perfect. Plenty of space for each of my guys, and nature’s perfection right outside the door. ***Screw the corporate resorts. Stay at this place. Its amazing. Especially the local Maui vibe.
