Dream pool/beach vacation in Florida
We were very happy with this rental. When we arrived, the place was clean and ready for us. The photos didn't do it justice - it was larger/roomy and there were a number of 'surprises' like our favorite K-cups for making coffee in the morning, a portable speaker for playing music, and a garage full of beach supplies for our use - beach cart, multiple chairs, 2 umbrellas (important as I'm sensitive to sun), and other things like life jackets and sand toys. We used the items to have two easy beach days during our stay, beach is only 2.5 blocks away. The pool was also great - it was always warm (summer in FL), but we spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and outdoor patio with lounge chairs and seating. Around dinnertime the temperature changed and the pool was warmer than the air. We also cooked most of our meals in the kitchenette and the grill. The kitchenette is small and the supplies limited, we went to buy a couple knives to cut up some of the vegetables and meat, which we left for the next guest. Plates, cups, pans, and silverware were available as well as paper towels. The location was so great and fairly quiet, and we had exclusive use of one driveway for our car. Although honestly you don't need a car to stay here, you can walk to the beach, nearby restaurants, and a bit further is a small convenience store, or you can get food delivered to the house. Only complaint was the shower is small, but that can't be helped given the space. Overall, we loved it and may be back!

Clearwater Vacation
This property was perfect for our trip. We were able to walk to the beach and had several choices of food options right in the area. We were only 30 min drive to St Pete’s, Dunedin or other near by areas. We were able to enjoy the pool late at night and in the morning. It was in the 90s most of our stay. I’d definitely come back and enjoy this rental again…maybe in late May or October to enjoy more of the outside activities in the area. But the rental fit our needs perfectly…2 bedrooms with TVs and a/c in each room, full size refrigerator to keep all our beverage cool. The owners even had beach needs (cart, chairs, umbrellas, cooler and towels). We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach experience.
