It is directly next to campus & a short walk to bars/restaurants on the square. The 2500 sq/ft. home also has a pool table and games for all to enjoy. We have an outdoor patio with furniture to enjoy grilling and yard games. Whether you're here for Northwest events, golfing, Mozingo lake or just to enjoy Maryville, this house won't disappoint.
