In Legienstrasse 169, this apartment was newly built in the back of the property and completed in November 2017. Due to its location in the rear area, it is quiet there.

This new apartment is very centrally located and is characterized by its upscale amenities and a private entrance. Parking is available in the Legienstrasse and the side street 20 meters away.

Great apartment but parking...
The apartment is very nice and spotlessly clean. Well furnished and comfortable. The bathroom has a good sized shower cubicle with a powerful shower stream. The only downside is the availability of parking, or lack of. The only available parking is roadside in a densely populated area. enough to find a space nearby,

Wir standen im Regen und versuchten, den Vermieter zu erreichen. Danach waren wir pitschnass und hatten am nächsten Tag eine mittlerweile 1 Woche andauernde heftige Erkältung mit Fieber

Alles soweit wie beschrieben und gut
Schöne kleine Wohung im Stadteil Horn von Hamburg. Nur ein paar Hundert Meter bis zur U-Bahn. Ruhige Hinterhoflage. Schönes funktionales Bad, Küche ausreichend für den Hausgebrauch. Das W-Lan war OK, andere haben das bemängelt, wir hatten keine Probleme damit. Netflix lief flüssig. Das Wasser braucht wirklich sehr lange, bis es warm aus der Leitung kommt, aber was soll´s :-) Der Kühlschrank war recht laut, was Nachts schon störend war. Ohrstöpsel haben geholfen. Die beiden Betten lassen sich zwar zusammenschieben, aber es bleibt trotzdem eine 10 cm breite Ritze zwischen den Matratzen. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Das Objekt war wie beschrieben, voll ausgestattet und sauber. Aufgrund der Wetterlage war es uns nicht möglich am ersten Tag anzureisen. Der CheckIn verlief trotzdem problemlos. Vielen Dank! :)

Gerne wieder!
Die FeWo ist mit U-Bahn gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist gut und zweckmäßig. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, die Betten sind einzeln, was ich sehr gut finde. Es wäre schön, wenn man alle Fenster und auch die Haustür-Sichtscheibe nachts gut abdunkeln könnte.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter ruhiger Lage
Pro: ruhige Lage, kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze in der Straße, wenige Gehminuten zum Bus oder zur Hochbahn (Bus ca. 2 Minuten, Hochbahn ca. 7-8 Minuten), Sauberkeit, gemütliche Betten und gute Bettwäsche, Handtücher werden zu Verfügung gestellt, unkomplizierter Check In und Check Out, insgesamt schöne und moderne Ausstattung, Tageslichtbad Contra: schlechtes W-LAN, Küchenausstattung könnte optimiert werden (es fehlen bspw. Kochlöffel, Schöpfkelle für Saucen, Gemüsemesser könnte mal ausgetauscht werden, da stumpf) Die Ferienwohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Obwohl wir eine 1 Zi-Wohnung gebucht haben, bekamen wir vom Besitzer ein sehr kulantes Upgrade mit einer 3 Zi-Wo. So hatten meine Kollegin und ich je 1 Schlafzimmer. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist ruhig, sauber und mit Bus, U-Bahn und S-Bahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Diese Unterkunft kann ich wirklich empfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung
Die Ferienwohnung war mit der U-Bahn sehr einfach vom Hauptbahnhof in 15 min zu erreichen. Das Objekt war sauber und sieht neu renoviert aus. Die Ausstattung war super. Eine kleine Einschränkung war das W-Lan, aber für ein verlängertes Wochenende war das nicht so wichtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung ist exakt so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage im Hinterhof ist angenehm ruhig und man wird nicht durch Autos oder sonstigen Lärm gestört. Das WLAN wird über mehrere Repeater weitergeleitet und ist im allgemeinen eher überlastet. Gelegentliches Googlen funktioniert (wenn man den Repeater, der selbst keinen Empfang hat, aus der Steckdose zieht), aber z.B. Abends einen Film streamen wird man darüber wohl eher nicht können. Alles andere hat bestens funktioniert, auch das in einer anderen Bewertung angesprochene Problem mit dem warmen Wasser hatten wir nicht. Einziger Haken für uns: Draußen über der Tür ist eine Lampe, welche die ganze Nacht leuchtet (nicht nur wenn jemand im Innenhof ist). Da die Tür eine Milchglasscheibe hat, die sich auch nicht abdunkeln lässt, ist es somit nie ganz dunkel im Raum. Zusammenfassend sind wir aber sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!
