Summary:
The Brenda Ann Suite is a pet friendly Private 1 Bedroom bungalow located in the heart of Gulfport, FL. You will enjoy the waterfront views as well as being just steps away from the beach, pier, Veterans Memorial Park and all of the attractions that Gulfport has to offer.
You'll enjoy parking your car and not needing it again because you'll stroll our red brick streets to dinner and drinks. A perfect way to end a sun filled day at the beach!

The Space:
Beautifully appointed, we provide fresh towels and linens for each bed. Coffee and tea as well as basic spices and sugar. Kitchens are stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve a meal, serve wine and cocktails as well as desert. Large beach towels and 2 beach chairs are available for your use. Bring your suitcase and your bathing suit...we will take care of the rest.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all outdoor amenities of grill, picnic table, patio seating, fire pit and yard.

The Neighborhood:
Visitors may enjoy a delicious breakfast after a nice walk along Shore Blvd to take in the scenic view of Tierra Verde across the bay. Then they might spend a few hours shopping for original paintings, unique gifts, Florida souvenirs, or rare antiques. Maybe they will just take in the scenery or photograph the colorful buildings and homes that sit on tree covered streets in Gulfport. Lunch or Dinner would be enjoyed in any of the several popular restaurants on Gulfport, Beach and Shore Blvds.
Located on the Boca Ciega Bay with a nice beach and long fishing pier, Gulfport's Waterfront District attracts young and old alike.

Getting Around:
Gulfport FL is very walkable, but there are golf cart services making the rounds to assist visitors. Wide sidewalks throughout town lead you through the beautiful parks and downtown shops and on in to the surrounding neighborhoods. Parking is free throughout the city but scarce. Fortunately our little place is steps away from all the fun.

Other Things to Note:
We do allow Pets at this condo on property only. There is a 2 pet limit and a $100 per pet fee applies. You will be given instructions after booking to Venmo us the Pet Fee payment. Thank you!

Interaction with Guests:
Our maid service may pop in and out of the laundry room area to help me out occasionally. We may say hi, but will give you your space and be gone in a flash if you don't feel like chatting. If you have questions, please message us!

Great place in a cute area!

The Brenda Ann was a great little place in super friendly Gulfport. The cottage was clean and well taken care of with everything I needed for my stay. Check in and check out were super easy. Jason communicated expectations clearly, and was ready if I had any problems (which I didn't). Highly recommend staying here!

Host responsive to our questions/concerns about our stay at the property. Great location. Home feels very beachy and this is a very walkable neighborhood. Kitchen is well-equipped for most needs. We brought our own beach chairs but they were also available at $10ea. per day onsite for those who need them. Be aware when booking, if you are traveling with pets, the fee is $100 **per pet** This is the steepest we have encountered, and for two old pups weighing in at 10lb *together* this felt like a lot. However, we absolutely knew about it upfront and made that choice on our own! Would stay again!

Nice place for a short stay

A little older bungalow but nice and separate from the other places in the property. We spent little time in there, just to sleep. A bedroom and pull out couch, enough space for us and our pup. Water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic! 😂

Such a great location! Perfect place for two!

My mom and I loved this little house. It was super clean and comfortable. We walked to the gulf. Had dinner on a nearby picnic table and walked to a bunch of great local shops and restaurants. Thank you!

Vacation in Gulfport

We had a good time. Great location with the park across the street and the water just beyond the park. Just a short walk to several really good restaurants. The Brenda Ann, however, could use some love. It is truly a cottage, and if you are prepared for that, you will enjoy yourself!
