We loved our location and enjoyed taking long walks in the neighborhood. We greatly enjoyed the private backyard.Great mattress, nice kitchen, wonderful washer and dryer.Everything was wonderful!
We use the Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage area as our escape from winter. This year's one month stay did not disappoint. The property is nicely managed and cared for providing a great experience for guests. See you next winter California.
Property was located in a very convenient location to shops, restaurants, etc. Property managers were very helpful and gracious. We had a little problem with the Google nest thermostat but they had left instructions and we finally figured it out. Would definitely stay there again.
Very clean, great proximity to Indian Wells Tennis Center - Quiet Neighborhood. Nice and large outdoor area. I was very lucky to be able to reserve this property during the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. A little nervous I'm sharing this with too many people.
We enjoyed staying at this rental very much. The property is well cared for and kept very clean. The host was extremely responsive. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard. There is a nearby grocery store to pick up food to cook. We liked being able to have the kids in their own room. There is lots to do in the area. We are thankful the property was available for our trip and for our hosts.
We had a wonderful time at this Palm Desert home. Great location close to Paseo, which has nice restaurants and shops. Everything was clean and well organized. Home was very spacious for our family of three, including a nice enclosed backyard. We appreciated the personal touches like stuffed animals in my daughter’s room. Thank you for your hospitality!
This house is in a lovely, safe neighborhood near the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. It is on a fairly busy street, but we could not hear noise inside the house. I felt safe walking my dog all around the neighborhood. The whole house has been remodeled, and the kitchen is a cook's dream. Never have I rented a VRBO with a better equipped kitchen, which included a bread baker, two coffee pots, a hot pot, coffee with sugar and creamer, and an air fryer! The backyard grill is large. I had a great time cooking at this house. I really appreciated the blackout curtains, the super comfy couch, the smart TV, and the comfy beds. We traveled with our small dog, and he enjoyed the backyard (which has three seating areas, with a fire pit). I would definitely rent this gem again.
We had a great experience - very cozy and clean. Only one thing I wanted to note and that is that there is a firestick plant in the back year where the dog runs around-- those plants make dogs very sick if they get into them. I knew to keep her away but I would suggest it get removed and replaced. But again- excellent stay!
My husband and I stayed here for a week to explore the Palm Springs area and go to Joshua Tree National Park. This was the perfect home and centrally located to the Park, to the Tram, the Living Zoo, to shopping, restaurants and hiking. Palm Desert is gorgeous and taking walks in the neighborhood was wonderful, the scenery is beautiful. The home is comfortable with good water pressure and easy to control air conditioning. The beds are comfortable. Easy to come and go with keyless entry. Quick drive to Starbucks and Whole Foods. The patio is sunny with fruit trees and lots of hummingbirds! Lots of succulents around the property were so cute. I wish we lived here, loved it so much. Thanks for a great stay!
Super cute, clean and fun space. Thank you so much for being flexible as well!

Some corrections and it would be perfect
The property was beautiful and very clean, the small touches were super cute. They left us chocolates, the blankets were nice, and the AC felt perfect on the hot days of the Palm Desert. The backyard was amazing, very nice and relaxing - there are hummingbirds that visit often and there are citrus trees in the back.
A few qualms, the beds were very firm and if you have hip issues - the king bed is not for you. The hot water issue was easy to figure out, I noticed others on here had that problem as well, but in our case the hot water ran out after 5 minute showers. On top of that, the hot water that we did have was scalding, and then when it did run out it would become icy. There was no in between. The waterfall shower head was a great touch, but it was upsetting to not to be able to enjoy for longer.
There was a lack of house rules/check in rules/check out rules - we were messaged by the host to have us contact them upon check in, but because we were at an event, we didn’t get the notification to do so until the morning after. We let them know that the rules were unclear and subsequently apologized, but moving forward it would be nice to detail your rules a little better.
The biggest qualm was the lack of disclosures concerning the security cameras on the outside of the house, per VRBO’s surveillance camera policy, any security cameras must be disclosed on the property page. It was jarring to be recorded and surveilled without agreeing to it in the rental agreement, other rentals I have stayed at have always disclosed them and this felt like an invasion of privacy. It frightened me to think that if these cameras on the outside weren’t disclosed, if there were others anywhere inside the house.
Overall, it is a new property and understandably the hosts are new to this as well - if these issues were fixed it would have been a wonderful place to stay.
The house was perfect for our golf trip. We used the full kitchen & outside grill every day. Small enclosed backyard was great for our 2 small dogs to hang out with us. Was able to get prompt responses from owner for several questions we had. Bed was comfortable & there were ample supplies (towels, TP, etc). Would stay there again!
This house is SO clean and neat, and feels brand new -- it must be a recent remodel. It is exactly as described on the vrbo website, is laid out really well, and the photos are accurate. The living room is large and well arranged, the kitchen is big and pretty well equipped, and the king bed is so comfortable . We didn't cook, but the house does have basic pots and pans in case you do want to cook. A real plus is that it is a very quiet house -- no road noise, no noisy neighbors, a real resting place. The host left chocolates for us, and the electronic lock made check-in quite easy. This is a neighborhood of adorable smaller houses, maybe from the 50s, with lots of cute remodels in the area. We found it convenient, and we would definitely stay here again when in Palm Springs. Thanks to my hosts for making the stay delightful.
Great location cute new house with comfortable bed
Great location cute new house with comfortable bed. This is a new remodel and is very basic and cute. It would not hurt for the owner to take a shower in the master and the guest bathroom so they can see that neither makes for a good shower. The master showerhead has not enough water flow to take a shower in it. The guest bathroom is where I had to shower and the temperature continually went to scalping all by itself. I would say you guys should take a shower in the showers that you remodeled yourselves and you’ll be able to see what the problem is. The master bedroom simply has a fixture in it that is really pretty but not very useful. I’m sure that you will have taken care of this by the time future renters come
