The property is situated on a quiet residential street right by the water, specifically on the Cordoba Canal, which offers direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. From here, the nearby islands of Sanibel, Captiva, and Pine Island, as well as the beaches of Fort Myers, are easily accessible by boat—ideal for those who love the water and want to explore the surroundings. Villa Cordoba is a luxurious vacation home that is perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and features 4 cozy and stylishly furnished bedrooms, along with 3 bathrooms. At the heart of the home is the spacious master suite, equipped with a king-size bed and direct access to the pool. On the opposite side of the house, there are three additional guest rooms, each with a queen-size bed. These share two modern bathrooms, one of which has access to the pool area. Please note that the closet in the smallest guest room is privately used and therefore not available for guests.

The villa is modern and comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including linens, towels, beach towels, sun loungers, a gas grill, and beach gear. For entertainment, there are four flat-screen TVs, one of which is mounted outdoors by the pool, so you don’t have to miss your favorite shows even while outside. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

It really is a Dream Villa!

This house is beautiful, spacious, very clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. We liked that it had beach towels, beach chairs and sun umbrellas for our day trip to Sanibel. There are also a few water toys (noodles, floatie) for the pool. It was so nice to be able to jump in the pool after our day's activities. It was also relaxing to sit out on the dock by the canal. The property manager (very nice!) comes the morning after you arrive to see how you are doing. At first we didn't like the idea but we soon saw why she comes. We had questions about how some of the fans worked, the ice maker & the pool heater. All very easy to work. I can't express how much we enjoyed being able to rent this home. We hope to return in the future.

Much need getaway

The home was beautiful. Really enjoyed the pool and dock. Easy driving to restaurants, shopping & beaches. Property Management was so informative and answered any questions we had. Owners made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this rental. Will be back for sure.

Great Stay

This is a wonderful home. Very well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. Large modern TVs and excellent wi-go. Pool area is outstanding. Plenty of bikes and beach chairs available. The owners Astrid and Michael are very responsive and gracious hosts. Best rental experience we’ve had in the 6 years we’ve been coming to Cape Coral. Highly recommended.

Fantastic and relaxing

Lovely home

We have been visiting the Cape Coral area for the past few years and Villa Cordoba is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. It is outfitted with expert taste but lacks nothing for your comfort. Loved the master bedroom and bathroom. The welcome gift was much appreciated and a thoughtful touch. The only downside was the weather wasn’t conducive to using the pool, even though it was heated. Would definitely stay here again!

Totally awesome. The house is in great condition, everything worked. No problems.

We booked this on fairly short notice it things could not have worked out better. Everything in the house was clean and in perfect working condition. Very quite, peaceful area. The pool is very inviting and most of the day, half was in the sun and half in the shade, so you could get a little of both. There are beach chairs and umbrellas which really came in handy especially when we were shelling on Coya Costa, where there is no shade. Good restaurants nearby. Plenty of stores nearby for any needed supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

Respite Haven

I, like most of the world, was in desperate need of a respite. I am never home and needed to reconnect with my daughter before she is off to college. I did not know much about Cape Coral or the area and booked Pelican Villa at the last minute. It was charming, everything. I travel extensively for work and am very particular about my lodging choices. Marriott should reach out to Astrid and Michael to take lessons in guest services. Everything you need is onsite, including beds and linens that ensure the best possible sleep. I found a boat rental (Pelican Boats) in the same neighborhood, which was something different to do and so close. It takes about an hour to get to the locks by boat, so I recommend renting from Cape Coral boats if you want to get the most time in the gulf. Many Thanks to Michael and Astrid for opening their beautiful home to my family. I would absolutely recommend this home to friend and colleagues. I hope it brings as much happiness to your family as it did to mine!

Absolutely perfect!

There are so many fantastic things to say about this home and the owners that it's virtually impossible to list them all. For starters, Astrid and Michael were super responsive to all our pre-trip questions and always got back to us immediately. They arranged for someone to meet us at the house to go over how the electronics and pool heater worked, which saved us a lot of time trying to figure those things out on our own. The house itself was gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. We spent a lot of time around the huge table on the back patio playing games, eating, and taking a break from swimming. The sunsets down the canal were exactly as pictured--perfect! Everything in the home was clean and convenient to find. There were plenty of extra beach towels, bikes in the garage, and chairs for the beach. The beds were all extremely comfortable. The master suite was stunning, with sliding glass doors to the pool and a huge bathroom. Normally VRBO rentals don't live up to their pictures or descriptions--this one exceeded them in all respects. The same person who greeted us was there to see us off, and the whole process could not have been more smooth or convenient. We would book this home again without the slightest hesitation. It was awesome! If we could give it six stars out of five we would.

Clean, comfy, beautiful and well stocked

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay at Michael and Astrid’s house. The house is beautiful. It has a great floor plan that made things so easy for our family. Four bedrooms was really nice. The pool was clean and warm. Fishing was great in the canal (kept our 11 year old busy), and the deck out there was large and comfortable with nice chairs. The house was surprisingly stocked with so many things that made things extra comfortable for us - like lots of beach towels, pool toys, four bikes, a grill, beach chairs and umbrellas, a fully stocked kitchen (lots of nice dishes, serving pieces and utensils), extra pillows and blankets and many more items! Michael and Astrid were great to work with, and the lady who manages the property was top notch.

My kids absolutely loved fishing off the dock, and swimming in the pool every day.

We had such a great time. Fishing off the dock swimming and just relaxing. The fishing kept the kids busy so we could relax.

Family Get Away

The property is clean and cozy. We utilized all four bedrooms and the supplies for the kitchen were adequate for our cooking needs. The pool is well maintained, and at a comfortable temperature for swimming and relaxing. The location made it easy to get to and from several near by beaches, and the availability of beach towels and chairs was extremely helpful. The only downside of the property was sheerness of the curtains in the bathroom and shower. Overall we loved our stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect house in a great location!

Our family of 6 just returned from a wonderful week at the house! It is exactly as described and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. It's very clean, beds are so comfy and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The pool was definitely the highlight for the whole family!! Having the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cooler were a huge plus and the kids really enjoyed having the bikes available to tour the area. Communication with the Owner and Manager was great! I really can't think of a thing I would change or add. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Huge thank you to Astrid and Ariane for making our family vacation so memorable!

Perfect Florida getaway

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Cape Coral home. It came equipped with everything we needed, including beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. The neighborhood has sidewalks, a big plus for us daily walkers. The property manager was available for us and willing to fit her visits into our time frame. The house is exactly as shown, the pool area is great and my husband enjoyed fishing of the dock.

Excellent home

What a great vacation, this was the best home and the owners are so sweet, they have wonderful communication, and make you feel like family. The property manager Marcus was so kind and understanding.
