Beautiful waterfront home on the river with a pier and a private boat dock. This beauty is located in the Fairfield harbor gated neighborhood with so many activities to do. Enter through the front door and head upstairs to a ranch style house on stilts overlooking the beautiful Northwest creek. Walk outside to an amazing screened in porch with a deck, a grill and beautiful views of the sunset. Enjoy the game room downstairs, an outdoor kitchen, a hot tub, huge deck, outdoor shower and yard space to play games. This house is designed for outdoor living. Enjoy the safety of a gated neighborhood that includes a restaurant at the marina, multiple parks for kids, tennis courts, dog park and so many walking/biking trails.
