Gepflegtes Haus in Super Lage
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gut gepflegt, wir haben nichts vermisst. Ein Backofen würde das Ganze noch abrunden, aber dieser war auch nicht ausgewiesen und es geht auch ohne. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war jederzeit einwandfrei, freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Wir können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wünschen Britta und ihrer Familie alles Gute.

Disappointing
Although position & views good, pool size larger than expected, there were a few basics that were not up to standard. Outside chairs dirty & broken, however when identified on arrival new was provided the next day. Matresses & pillows on all beds were of a very poor quality & standard, together with no ceiling fans made sleeping very difficult. Although Denia is somewhere we would visit again, we would not ever rent this villa in the future.

Tranquilidad y equipada 100%
Estuvimos unos 9 días geniales con nuestros peques. La casa, aunque es antigua, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar días en familia. Tienes posibilidad de hasta pedir comida si es necesario. Hemos pasado días excelentes y Tim/Britta fueron atentos y claros. ¡Buena elección para días de tranquilidad!

Denia Carrer Demeter 20
Mit viel Vorfreude den Urlaub gebucht, Kommunikation über das Portal etwas ungewohnt und nicht auf Anhieb verständlich. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter einwandfrei, vor Ort das check-in sehr unkompliziert (Begrüßungssekt ebenfalls vorhanden und gut gekühlt), zügig und im gegenseitigem Vertrauen. Check-out ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert mit genauer Abwicklung. Das Domizil war sehr schön gelegen, die Ausstattung der Beschreibung entsprechend korrekt beschrieben. Die Hofeinfahrt zum Parken des PKW auf dem Grundstück ist für ein Fahrzeug Klasse L etwas anspruchsvoll, was aber überhaupt keinen Mangel darstellt. Sehr gepflegtes Umfeld, Denia an sich wie erwartet - und in kindlicher Erinnerung, viele Events und für auf Tourismus ausgelegte Attraktionen. Eine Wiederholung ist geplant- besten Dank an die Vermieterin /-Familie

A éviter absolument
Accueil par une allemande qui ne parle pas français. Maison en très mauvais état et pas entretenue. Tout est cassé, abîmé, fissuré. Pas de WiFi, pas de four, pas de lave vaisselle, la maison sent le moisi, il y a des cafards.... decoration des années 70, pas de matériel de cuisine correct. Mobilier de jardin cassé et sale. Odeur d'egout dans la maison. Literie inconfortable. Bref à éviter à tout prix

Erholsamer Urlaub
Ein älteres aber gepflegtes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt , positiv uneinsichtiger Poolbereich . Für uns war das Haus ausreichend , Kommunikation mit der Vermittlungsagentur auch vor Ort war super, hier ein herzliches Danke nochmal an Britta und Ihren Mann. Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. LG Michael und Anja

Casa Monica
En la casa Mónica hemos pasado una semana agradable. La casa tiene una excelente ubicación y una buena distribución para alojarse dos parejas con hijos y tener cierta intimidad. Aunque en nuestra opinión necesita una mejora o reforma en algunas partes de la casa sobretodo la cocina, la piscina y el muro que separa con la casa, y una mano de pintura en general así como las habitaciones. Algunas zonas de la casa necesitan una limpieza más a fondo. Respecto a nuestro contacto inmobiliario el trato fue correcto y la información detallada. El garaje interior no se pudo usar pues estaba lleno de utensilios de jardinería aunque la casa tiene recinto con valla para dejar tu coche dentro y suficiente aparcamiento en la calle. Fuimos con nuestra mascota y no hubo problema estuvo muy cómoda pues la casa tiene una terraza interna con muro alto. La zona o urbanización es muy tranquila y el vecindario excelente. Las vistas al Montgo por un lado y por el otro al mar son excelentes. Y la barbacoa nos encantó . Habría también que renovar algún menaje de la cocina y no había horno. También nos dijeron que pasarían a limpiar la piscina pero creemos que no vino nadie a hacerlo.

Urlaub in Coronazeiten
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerade in Coronazeiten kann man sich dort mit dem eigenen Pool wunderbar erholen. Hier und da müssten am Haus einige Renovierungen vorgenommen werden. Fantastischer Blick auf den Berg Mont Go und auf das Meer entschädigt jedoch hierfür.

Très belle villa ,il y a juste quelques réparations a faire .Et le seule regret c'est que l'électricité n'est pas compris dans le prix et je trouve que l'électricité est chère en Espagne .Sinon tout était impeccable
