Fishing gear can be purchased up on the pier, and the Garden City pier two miles south has live bands and karaoke at night on the weekends. Many beautiful golf courses are within driving distance as well. The Prestwick Country Club course designed by Pete and P.B. Dye is less than 10 minutes drive, or for a par 3 course and driving range one can go to Tupelo Bay which is only 5 minutes away.
