Roomy tri-level condo with rustic fireplace and big table for family dinners and game nights. Ski/hike Palisades Tahoe /Alpine Meadows. Walking /biking /skating/boarding distance to Truckee River Trail, Squaw Valley, Squaw Creek Resort and Lake Tahoe..coffee/tea/cocktails on balcony with view of mountain ridge in nice weather. parking steps away but lot great for skate boarding and new bikers.

Nice decor and kitchen

5 adults stayed 8 days. Very close to resort lift. Mountaineer app worked great for transportation. House is nicely decorated. Kitchen is well equipped for a large group. Janet was great about getting back to me quickly and was very accommodating. Of the loft beds, two were firm and two were soft.

Great place, spacious, very close to Palisades Tahoe Resort

We had a great time in this place, lots of space, very nice, and super close to the Palisades Ski Resort. 3 teenagers and 2 adults. The kids had fun, and we had fun!

Lots of snow

Condo listing was accurate. Everything as described. Lots of steps up to the unit, but clear despite the record snowfall. Mountaineer shuttle made getting to the village easy.

If you want a family or adult vacation with activities within walking/biking distance, Hohbach Haus is your place.
Winter guests: ski/board Palisades Tahoe or Alpine Meadows. Ice skate up at High Camp. Sugar bowl 25 minutes down 80. Cross country ski at Tahoe City golf course. Romantic strolls down the street to Squaw Creek resort for dinner or in Palisades Tahoe.

Summer guests: Bike/ walk/ board through Squaw Valley. Hop on a bike/ skate /board to Tahoe City along the Truckee River. Drive into Truckee for dinner/shopping or Truckee Thursdays. Golf at Squaw Creek Resort or the municipal course in Tahoe City.
