Come stay at our Tranquil Canal Oasis just minutes by boat to the ICW/Manatee River and ten minutes to the beach by car. Coastal fun awaits in this large and beautiful NON-SMOKING, 3 BR 2 bath heated pool home that can accommodate up to 8 guests, not including children under 3. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and has a dock with boatlift. Bring your boat to fish in the river or to just take a stroll through the canals to see sunset views or perhaps some dolphins. No boat - no problem! You can easily rent one or just fish off our dock, or one of several piers in area parks.
The outdoor area is set among swaying palms and banana trees and features a large, screen-enclosed pool with multi-colored lights for your evening enjoyment. There’s a gas grill for cookouts and a large lanai dining table that seats six for eating and entertaining. The spacious lanai seating area is the perfect spot for pool and canal viewing, gathering to watch your favorite TV show or sports event, or just sipping on cocktails.
Inside the home, the pool and canal can be seen from five sliding doors that bring in lots of light accentuating the beautiful, casual coastal décor present throughout the home. There’s plenty of space to spread out in this well-designed open floor plan with high ceilings throughout. Or bring everyone together for games or TV watching in the over-sized family room with an impressive stone fireplace started by remote control for an instant gas fire on those cool nights. Show off your culinary skills to family or friends in our large open kitchen equipped with stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops and a large center island for food prep. There’s even a coffee bar equipped with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker.
Close the frosted glass barn doors between the kitchen and hall to create privacy for the two guest rooms and bath. Kick back and relax in either of the beautifully decorated bedrooms, both featuring a queen bed with twin trundle (perfect for a young child) and a wall-mounted TV that can access local cable as well as many apps for streaming.
On the other side of the home, the large master bedroom with king bed, has an amazing tropical feel overlooking the pool and canal, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and private toilet area.
For guests that don't want to share a room, the family room has a sofa bed, as well as a chair sleeper, both with memory foam.
Need something more to do while in our home? We even have a game closet that includes cards, dice, and board games, as well as puzzles. Within 15 miles you’ll find Marineland, one of Florida's first marine mammal parks, and billed as "the world's first oceanarium", and Washington Oaks State Park known for its unique shoreline of coquina rock formations along the Atlantic Ocean. Check out nearby Long Creek Nature Preserve by canoe or kayak and be sure to visit one of several small beach accesses that feature cinnamon-colored sand and coquina rock only found in this area of Florida.
- Bring your boat or rent one and enjoy a relaxing boat ride through the maze of almost 70 miles of salt and freshwater canals, or fish on the ICW/Matanzas River easily accessed from our home. In either case, you’re likely to see dolphins or even manatees along the way.

There’s even a dog park, covered pavilions, and courts galore: tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, pickleball, bocce ball, sand volleyball and horseshoe pits.
-Flagler Beach is about 20 minutes south on A1A and is the county’s ‘beach town’ with ocean view restaurants and shopping.
-History lovers will love visiting historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in America, just a quick 25 miles north. The city has a European flavor, with centuries-old buildings, horse-drawn carriages, hidden courtyards, forts and of course the Fountain of Youth.
