Comfortable - Great Location

We have stayed at this condo many times (before covid), the whole process is seamless, the onsite personnel was very friendly, she checked in with us a couple of times to ensure we were satisfied. Its a great location, away from the main strip, having onsite parking a definite plus. The condo is well maintained, having air con in each room was great, although some nights you could open the side door for fresh breeze, it's clean (and easy to keep clean). My only suggestion would be to replace the couch, its quite old and there is no support at all so you sink right into it. 100% would come back

Great little spot

Appartment located near everything. Our flights changed and Monica let us check in early. Kitchen great. It's a bit warm in the morning Sun....but hey..its Hawaii!!! I would book it again. Bus is great...whole island 5.50 a day. So it peeps.

Great value accommodation near waikiki beach

The check in process was new to me but manageable. Host and building manager were very helpful. The condo had a view of the river. Streey is a bit busy (couple of blocka from waikiki beach) but did not bother us. We had two rooms and one shower and toilet. It was clean and most kitchen appliances / utensils are available so making your own food is good. It had laundry area and a small pool. This is a perfect home away home for a family with kids. Parking slot was also available considering the cost of parking is expensive in that area. Be mindful though that the parking space is a bit compact. We rented a nissan murano and it just fits on the parking space provided. Had we rented a bigger SUV we will struggle to get it parked. I would go back to this accommodation given a chance.

The property was as described it is what you would expect for the price,location was excellent.

We found the property to be as described. There was 5 of us and It was what you would expect for the price. Thw property was clean and tidy linen and towels aupplied. The kitchen and lounge/dinning was nice but the bedrooms could do with a revamp. I would recommend this property to anyone as the price is great for the location but remember you do get what you pay for ao if you are expecting 4 or 5 star then its not gor you. As I said it great for our needs and we had a great time.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! The location was good and the views from the balcony were unbeatable. The host was friendly and we appreciated her checking that we had everything we needed during our visit!

Great stay in Waikiki

Had a wonderful trip to Waikiki and stay in this space. It was easy to access (though the key was mislabeled which caused some confusion). It had everything we needed and appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Recommend if you're looking for a cute place to stay. The parking space was so helpful!!!

Very central location

This property was nicely appointed and the location was very convenient to most everything in Waikiki. Having onsite parking is very valuable in this area. We were very pleased with this stay.

Comfortable home close to everything !

We found the condo tasteful and comfortable. It was me, my husband and my adult daughter. Nice 10th floor location, plenty of towels, comfy bedding and well stocked kitchen. So much better than a hotel room or cramped studio.

Great small Condo in in Waikiki

This condo is on the 10th floor and had great views from the lanai of the canal and mountains. Bedrooms have small windows and no real view. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Within walking distance to main hotels and dining. The parking space is tight but worked great. Would recommend.

Excellent Location!

We enjoyed our stay in Wakiki. Location was great for restaurants and walking to beach. Also walking distance to Ala Moana Mall. Bus stops were nearby to take us to Pearl Harbour and Diamond Head which was great. Monica was very accommodating since our flight left at midnight she allowed us use of the condo for the day since no one was booked that night. So thankful not to have to pull luggage around for the day!

Much less than what the pictures showed

The pictures of the condo were beautiful but the condo was much less than expected. Very outdated. Towels were old and thin. Floors were very dirty. (Bottom of socks were filthy) curtains in bedrooms were stained terribly, and limited kitchen supplies. We were glad to leave. Sorry for the bad review but very true comments.

Great for families

We stayed in Waikiki for a wedding and needed a place where we could have meals for our young kids. This condo having 2 bedrooms and a parking spot was a huge bonus for the area.

Within walking distance

Property was as described. Fantastic that it comes with a parking spot. Easy to walk to locations. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the early mornings. Also, enjoyed the AC! Only thing I would have liked more is a curtain in the farthest room instead of blinds to keep out the early morning light, other than that its was a great stay.

Lovely property

Property was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the linens were really soft. Didn't use the kitchen much, but it had a good selection of utensils, pots/pans, etc. Really appreciated the use of beach items (chairs, towels, etc.) The lanai overlooks the canal and the mountains and was beautiful to sit on in the mornings/evenings. It's about a .7 mile walk to the beach, which we did not mind. Good selection of restaurants nearby. The building is near a hospital and you hear ambulances all day and night. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs and/or a white noise machine. The property comes with a parking space which was so helpful. I also appreciate that the owner doesn't make you do dozens of chores as part of the check out process.

Wonderful Condo/ Awsome Views

This condo is in a great location; walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Nicely furnished with beach gear and fully equiped kitchen. AC and ceiling fans in every room. The lanai has beautiful views of the city, mountains, and the canal. This condo comes with assigned parking, which is a real benefit, as parking is hard to find and is very expensive in Waikiki. Monica is a wonderful host, was very quick to answer all my questions. Will definitely be staying here again.

Fun and comfortable

The location of the condo is perfect. Beach view from front door and canal view from lanai. Bed mattresses are perfect, no sagging at all. Owner provides full beach items for snorkeling and picnic. TVs screen is big and smart! Air conditioner is in each room. Even have a rice cooker. Our kids walked to the Hawaiian Royal Garden shopping mall in 17 mins. Parking is a little tricky but everyone manages to get into their own spot so no problem at all. Will come back next time in Honolulu.
