A friend and I stayed here while we visited Zion, Page AZ and some other hiking trails. It was a great location to navigate to and from with necessities within 15 minutes. It was a cute, little renovated RV. Decorations were cute, not overdone to save space. Linens were clean. Lots of appliances (toaster, coffee machine, etc.) We cooked all our breakfasts and prepared lunches for the trails here. Very little counter space but it was doable. We were a little disappointed with the bathroom. While it is a RV and things are going to be smaller, my head touched the ceiling while in the shower. I feel that should be in the listing somewhere since a person's height might deter them from staying here. The knobs fell off the shower faucets making it real tricky to adjust water temperature and even turn on/off. But overall, a good place to crash when done with the trails.
It was a one-night stay; we arrived at about 8 pm after hiking in the West Rim. The bathroom/shower was tiny, even for women. I had to cancel my reservation for February because my husband would never fit in the shower. The beds' pads (not mattresses) were worn down, so you could feel the wood underneath (especially on the upper bunk). If you went barefoot, your feet would be black because the floors had not been mopped. The cleaning fee was $75, which is pretty high for this type of property (a small camping trailer). Minor repairs are needed in the bathroom (shower handles would fall off, and the shower hose would come off from the wall). I like it when the pictures in VRBO match that property as it is now; there are no surprises. I like it when the property is CLEAN and maintained, minus standard wear and tear.
Exactly as described. Very comfortable and clean. Toilet and shower both worked great. Great proximity to Zion given the price, air conditioning worked well for us also. Cute little town with a yummy pizza place and Mexican restaurant, only 15 minute drive from St. George if you want a bigger town. Cool Silver Reef museum in Leeds as well, just five minutes from the camper
Overall it's a good place to stay if you are going to be gone all day. Beautiful area. Leeds is a quiet little town and about 30 mins from Zion. You will have to go to the next town over (Hurricane, St George) for gas and shopping. The campground has a place to do laundry if you need it. Fire pits available off site but it's a short walk. This particular camper is probably the smallest on the property if space is a concern. The AC worked great, stove got the job done, water heater worked faster that I thought it would, camper is in the shade, tv has smart apps if you're kids need their YouTube. The only complaints my wife and I had was that the cooking pans were dirty upon arrival and the bed could of been better but it definitely could of been way worse. We were happy with our stay otherwise.
After an exhausting day of flight delays and rental car issues, it was such a welcome treat to find that this RV was even better than expected. The host was easy to communicate with and even though we got in pretty late, they kindly went over and turned the AC on before we arrived so it was nice and cool. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was very clean with perfect little snacks waiting for us. The RV park was quiet and the views outside were gorgeous! We would definitely stay again!
We stayed here as a finale to our cross-country road trip. We were traveling as a family of four with two young kids and this worked well for our needs! Our older daughter slept on the bunk and we stacked the chairs and fit our babies pack-n-play partially under the bar. This gave us plenty of space to walk by. I slept well in the bed but my husband said it dipped a bit in the center, which didn’t bother me. The bathroom is tiny but there is access the a clubhouse with a restroom and good sized shower which was great! We were staying here primarily to visit Zion which was a 45min drive away. Staying here was further away but much more affordable! We drove up in the morning, stayed most of the day and came back for dinner, which was perfect for us! I recommend getting any supplies you need at the nearby Walmart (15min) including firewood if you want to use the pits. We couldn’t find any firewood for sale in Leeds. The park itself is very quiet and the neighbors all kept to themselves. Most of them seemed to be longer term guests. Overall we had a great trip!
Cute, cozy place! Easy check in and everything that we needed was there! A little hard to make coffee, as there aren't many receptacles, but we made it work!
We stayed here with our three small kids and our pup. The trailer was cute and comfortable and came with all the basic necessities we could need! The location was close to family friendly hikes and reservoirs. Definitely recommend 😎
Most things we wanted to do were within 30mins of the camper. We didn’t mind the drive because of all the views! The bed was comfortable and the camper had all the things you’d get at a hotel+ the ability to cook food. Everything you’d expect from a camper with a little more comfort! The host was easy to reach and communicated in a timely fashion. I recommend this place especially because it’s affordable.
We had the best stay at the camper. As a family of five, we had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. I loved the proximity to everything and had the best time!
The RV is darling and cozy. We enjoyed our stay. The location was nice and quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The only issue we had while staying there was the shower did not work properly. When we would turn it on only a very small drizzle of water came out so we were not able to shower. I talked to Kristen and let her know so hopefully they get that fixed for the next guests.
The RV was clean and had everything we needed. It is easy to get to Zion and Bryce from there. We also enjoyed Quail Creek State Park and the Res Cliffs Rec Area, both of which were just minutes away. The RV park was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Kristen was an excellent host and responded to all of my questions quickly. Check in and check out was easy.
We had a great time, Kristen was awesome and the RV and park was better than anticipated. It was a great trip for our family and fun to do something different than a typical hotel.
This place was perfect! My wife and I took our first ever trip to Zion and this RV was in a perfect location. Super comfortable and clean and just all around perfect.
The trailor was great! It is private, has everything you would reasonably need. Clean and cute. the manager was great, very available for questions. It was our first time at a BnB.
