Experience coastal living in Charleston with this recently renovated spacious home with water-front views. A short drive takes you to popular destinations like King St, several five-star restaurants and many popular beaches. The home has ample parking and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Finished basement & additional sleeping quarters coming later this year.

About the Home:
The home was built in 2005 and remained vacant until purchased by the Boggs family in October of 2007. It sits on a large lot with plenty of parking space for cars, boat trailers, or a bike trailer. 100 yards away is a private boat dock & ramp where you can put in a boat up to 30 feet long. There is also a public boat dock & ramp 5 miles away, which allows access for boats of any size. Downtown is just a quick boat ride away from the private dock; the water levels are 16 feet at high tide, and 8 feet at low tide.
