Located just outside of Grand Rapids our modern lakehouse is located on an all sports lake with a private beach just steps down from the deck. Tastefully decorated and furnished, we have equipped our lake house to a high standard to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. Enjoy the brand new air conditioner as you snack at our large kitchen island, cooling off after a busy day out on the lake. Come let the stress melt away as you watch endless sunsets off the deck!

We take extra precautions sanitizing our space, and have pride in ensuring everything is kept very clean. You have access to the entire home minus two storage closets.

There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Primary Bedroom (1 Queen), Guest Bedroom (2 Queens), Lower Level Bedroom (2 Queens). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas range, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot, waffle maker and just about every kitchen tool needed for an outstanding meal. The kitchen island is great for snacking around and the living room has vaulted ceilings, two large sofas and wall to wall windows making for lots of natural light. For those hot summer days we have a brand new air conditioner to keep you cool in case you prefer AC over jumping in the lake!

Our outdoor space features a deck facing west with beautiful sunsets overlooking the lake, an outdoor grill, a fire pit on the water along with 50 feet of sandy beach ready for sand castles contests. We have a comfy outdoor sofa great for lounging in the sunshine! This is an all sports lake with the option to water ski, tube, wake-board, kayak, paddle board, etc. You are welcome to bring your own water toys and store along our dock using the public boat launch.

For the rainy days we provide complimentary wifi and YouTube TV. Watch Live and On-Demand TV from 75+ top channels including sports and news.

In addition, our cottage is a short 25 miles to downtown Grand Rapids, MI or 15 miles to the charming towns of Rockford, Lowell, or Ada, MI.

Our house sits on a hill providing a beautiful view of the lake. A stairway leads to the front door of the house with an additional stairway providing direct access to your private beach. Please note there is a road that loops in front of the water that allows you to drive down to the waterfront if needed.
