Spend your holiday in a special ambience in the landmarked water tower. In our new and modern designer apartment you combine elegance and exclusivity. This is located in the tourist heart of Güstrow and is within walking distance to the city center. You should not miss anything during your vacation. It begins on the first day when you move into your accommodation. The apartment offers in 20m height above the roofs Güstrows a fantastic 360 degree panoramic view of the historic old town, the castle and the picturesque surroundings of the city.
The very generous new apartment is made with high quality materials (eg Real wood floorboard) and has a tasteful comfort. This is located on the complete 5. Floor of the water tower. Comfortable with a lift to reach the apartment.
In the living area there is a pleasant leather suite and tastefully furnished furniture. Amenities include a large screen TV and a selection of board games. Directly connected is the kitchen with a nice dining area overlooking the city. In the modern kitchen cooking on holiday is really fun, because the equipment includes dishes and all kitchen utensils, a 4-ring hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
Through a small corridor in which the entrance area of the apartment is located, you reach the beautiful designer bathroom and the bedroom.
The bathroom has a vanity with large mirror, a comfortable bath, a pleasant shower with various functions and toilet. Exclusivity, design and a fantastic view are reflected here especially.
The double bed has a size of 1.80 x 2 m. Also here is an LCD TV.
The apartment is bookable for 2-4 persons.
