The renovated kitchen features beautiful quartz counter tops and quartz backsplash, updated stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets with slow close drawers, breakfast bar, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and disposal. A new stacked washer/dryer, and full linens are included. We have added many personal touches and items. Your every need has been anticipated.

The condo was extremely nice and was accurate to description. The amenities were not as nice. It states there is a suana, but that was removed according to the front desk clerk. The pool was clean. However, I feel they could make the pool deck much more inviting. I was told there was beach service that would provide drinks and food on beach so we never had to leave; this was not accurate. I was also told there was room service, again not accurate. Upon entering the building there is a foul smell (smells like wet dog). As soon as you are in the elevator that smell dispoears and all is well. Overall, the vacation was great and the condo met our needs. I would reserve again. Kevin was extremely helpful and was always able to be reached if needed. I would recommend that the owners offer some sort of late check out even if you have to charge a little extra for those people who may not have a flight out until later in the evening. If you are looking for a nice place to stay that is clean and beautiful, the condo will not disappoint.

This property was top notch. Furniture and appliances all up to date. We had three families and there was plenty space for everyone and the kids. Kevin was able to get us checked in almost 3 hours early and was very good a communicating that as well as temporary keycodes to get in our room early. Overall 10/10 experience.

Wonderful time
The hosts have to be the kindest people we have ever dealt with. They were super sweet and accommodating and even left our kiddos a little present which they loved! The place was spacious and clean and had everything we could have needed. The trip to the beach was easy and we were able to get chairs and an umbrella each day. Having the bar right there to order a few drinks was great. Several restaurants within walking distance and places to rent bikes and golf carts. Walmart delivers groceries to the location so that's a plus for us. We used the gym and the restaurant on site. This was a great stay for us and we would definitely come back!

Great Family Getaway Stay
We really enjoyed our stay and it exceeded our expectations! The condo had all the amenities that we needed, everything was clean and neat, and there was lots of space for everyone to have some down time. We also really appreciated the washer/dryer in the condo! The location is fantastic and we took advantage of the walkway over the street to the beach. The available beach chairs and umbrellas provided on the private beach saved us from having to lug all of that around. Owners were friendly and hospital. We would gladly return for another stay.

Perfect beach getaway...
This spacious condo was perfect for our spring break trip. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other. The view from the large balcony is great for sunset watching and the balcony off the guest studio/suite is where you can catch the sunrise! All the windows and mirrors in the living space make the already large area seem even larger. The skybridge is a nice feature for safe access to the beach; although we went out the lobby exit and walked across the street most days and didn't have a problem crossing there. It's a beautiful area to run/bike/walk and there is a large sidewalk for that. I would recommend getting out to claim your beach chairs early if you come in peak season because you're not guaranteed a set of chairas if they are all being used--we almost learned that the hard way! :-/ The hosts were amazing and available for anything needed. We would love to come back in the future! Miramar Beach area is very pretty and has lots to do.

The beach has a bar with food service and drinks from the resort and and is connected to the resort via the private sky bridge or mere steps from the resort. Newly redecorated and remodeled this upscale condo is spectacular. Come relax with your family and friends and build lasting memories. This is a private beach resort and beach chairs and umbrella are on site. The location of the resort is very convenient to grocery, shopping and dining. A spa and salon are also on site along with a sports court. The interior hallways accessing each unit are few other rentals offer. The resort has free covered or uncovered parking. Rental bikes can be stored in the covered parking and golf cart rental and storage is next door.

Upscale private beachfront resort with spectacular views and sounds of the ocean await. The beach bar is very accessible from the sky bridge off the pool deck or steps from the resort of scenic 98. Provided in your rental are two (2) beach chairs under your private umbrella on the beach while in season. The internet speed is spectacular for this property. On site amenities include: a restaurant, sushi bar, beach bar, spa, hair salon, pool, hot tubs, tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, basketball court, free parking, and two outdoor kitchens.
