Welcome to Stratham Station! This home was newly built in 2021 and has been professionally designed and furnished by a licensed interior designer. Wow is it stunning! Whether you’re here for business or a personal stay, this well-kept, spacious home has everything you need and more. Conveniently located just 1 mile from downtown Greenville, you can be at the heart of the city in minutes! Stratham Station can sleep 8 comfortably, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The large fully fenced in backyard is perfect for bringing your doggies with you if you’d like.

The owner’s suite has a large king bed, desk space, luxury bathroom and large walk in closet. The other two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom on the main floor has a full size bed. Relax in the main space with flex seating and an open floor concept. The home is approximately 2,500 sqft and has plenty of room for multiple guests but also has a cozy feel for smaller groups. Perfect home away from home

My husband and I stayed here with our kids for spring break. The house was spacious with a fully fenced, sizable backyard for our lab to run around. The rooms were spacious and gave everyone their own area. It is close to downtown and Publix (less than a 10 minutes drive). Paris Mountain was a short drive (about 15 mins) and offered plenty of hiking options. The hosts were attentive and accommodating. I highly suggest staying here!

Girls Weekend

I booked this home for a Girls Weekend Getaway to celebrate a birthday. It was the PERFECT place for us! Plenty of room and the home was clean and comfortable. The location was great. We are already planning to book here again! The host was very helpful and responsive.

Perfect for a family get-together!

Near The Commons, where we hung out. Perfect size for a group of 6 adults plus two small pups. Backyard great for grandson to visit and dogs. New home, well decorated, dining table sits 8. Ample parking. Right behind news station and next to big apartment complex, but quiet. Up and coming area, and easy access to everything. We loved it.

Graduation celebration

Overall our stay was nice. There were a few issues that could not be resolved during our stay but overall did not ruin our trip. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The location was very close to down town but a few of the neighboring homes were a bit loud late at night.

Quick get together with family

Our family of 5 (husband, me, 24, 22 and 20 year old daughters) met my dad and his wife from Atlanta for an overnight “Christmas” visit. We were not in town or at the house much, however we loved our time together. The coffee and tea options in the home were a nice plus. Location seems up and coming. Not close enough to walk to downtown but was an easy drive to get to the places we wanted to go.

Great stay with family for son's wedding.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for my adult family. The large fenced back yard, with covered porch was a wonderful place to lounge with pets. The only small negative was the adjacent housing complex, that at times, was a bit ruckus. However, I would have no issue staying here again.

Excellent stay

Easy and clear communication with the host during our stay. Very clean and tons of space throughout the house. As previously noted, the apartments nearby are a little run down however never felt unsafe. Would stay again.

Perfect for Pets

The house was an excellent size, with gorgeous bathrooms and decorating. The yard and covered patio was a game changer for our 3 small dogs. We would definitely stay here again if we come with friends and family.

Nice host

The host of this property was very kind and accommodating, even with a massive VRBO inbox tech issue. The house was nice enough, we all had plenty of room. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, lots of people walking by looking like they were traveling (??). We liked the coffee shop that is just a block away, and the proximity to downtown was great.

Great House

We really enjoyed the house and the location. We had an issue when we first arrived with there not being enough towels for all of us. The host took care of it right away and had them delivered to the doorstep within an hour. We would stay at the home again when we are in Greenville.

Nice, modern house for a group stay

The property itself was nice, modern, and looked just as pictured. Though, there were no paper towels provided, typically we see 1-2 rolls provided in our stays. We did encounter some difficulties with communication with the host. They were not able to refer back to a chat we had over Vrbo prior to booking with questions we had. It was frustrating having to confirm this all again the day before checking in while coordinating with multiple people. The host ended up being accommodating though. Overall a nice property, but potential guests should be aware of communication prior to booking.
