The Cottages at Camp Creek is a charming Florida cottage resort community in Seacrest Beach, located within minutes of Aly's Beach, Rosemary Beach and the Hub. The small resort community features a natural, secluded atmosphere and offers a community pool and Hot Tub, as well as deeded beach access right across 30A.

Updated with a rejuvenating coastal ambiance, this three-story Florida cottage offers all of the seclusion and tranquility that you expect from your perfect coastal getaway. It’s prime location, just off scenic Highway 30A is just minutes from the sugar-white Seacrest beaches, Camp Creek Golf Club, as well as all the shopping, entertainment and dining options 30A has to offer! The open floor plan offers a spacious family room, dining area and a large, fully-apportioned kitchen, with an incredible marble island. A large custom refrigerator and stainless steel appliances means that you can still cook family dinners while on vacation!

The first floor offers a custom full bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a full-size laundry room with High Efficiency Washer and Dryer. The backyard is a wonderful place for your morning coffee or for relaxing after a day at the beach, with plenty of seating and a propane grill for BBQ-ing! The living room offers comfy furnishings with a coastal ambience, while the dining area offers seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 at the Marble breakfast bar. The second floor holds all four bedrooms. The Master Suite is elegantly decorated with a King bed and a flat screen TV.  It also features a workspace, the perfect place to hop on a Zoom meeting or get some extra work done. In the luxurious Master Bath, you'll find a large walk-in shower and dual vanities. The two Queen Guest Rooms share the second bath, complete with a Shower/Tub Combo, with a double Twin Bedroom, perfect for the Kiddo's! 

As you enter the 3rd floor, be ready to relax and have fun! It's the perfect place to watch the game, play cards, or just sit at the open window with your favorite beverage and watch the sunset over the water.

Other Things to Note:
Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction, and Cancellations:

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Exterior Surveillance Noticer: For the security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are in place. These may include, but are not limited to, a front doorbell camera, driveway camera, cameras monitoring balconies, and a camera overseeing the pool area. These devices are positioned to ensure safety while respecting guest privacy.

Starter Amenity Packs: At Beachwalk Vacations, we provide essential items for our guests to use until they can stock up at the store. In the kitchen, you'll find dishwashing soap, two dishwasher pods, and one roll of paper towels. For the bathrooms, we supply two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, along with basic amenities such as shampoo and a soap bar (similar to hotel-style, but not restocked during your stay). We also provide professionally laundered bed linens and towels with your reservation. For your convenience, we recommend bringing your own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
