This fabulous villa is located on a 3.500 square meter fenced plot. The villa was built on a private plot and has been designed to impress - the beautiful sunbathing lawn has a volleyball court, a football and basketball area, swings for the little ones and plenty of space to play outside. This villa consists of two floors - on the first floor there are four bedrooms and a bathroom while on the ground floor there is a bathroom, a spacious living room with kitchen and dining room and direct access to the sun terrace with the swimming pool. Among other things you can play darts, table tennis and football outside!
