The second level of the home houses two bedrooms. This home has a total of two queen beds and comfortably sleeps a maximum number of 4 guests. The primary bedroom is light-filled with a hotel-quality bed, plenty of storage, and blackout shades. The other bed is located in a den and office space that easily converts to a guest room with a convertible and ultra-comfortable sleeper sofa with gel mattress. On this level in the hallway between the two bedrooms is the full bathroom in the home, which was newly-renovated with high-end finishes.

The main level of the home features a designer kitchen, newly-renovated half-bath, dining area and spacious living room with a picture window.

The market includes the South Hall Market where merchants sell fresh produce, baked goods, meats, and deli products. Fresh Tuesdays Farmers Market features local farmers’ produce, meat, and cheese. During the weekend the market promotes The Weekend Farmers Line where local farmers sell produce year-round and The Weekend Outdoor Market that includes local artists selling handmade arts and crafts. Eastern Market also offers The North Hall Event Space, an arts and community center, inside the market where locals can hold meetings, wedding receptions, and other events.
