La Brisa is a very friendly place! The owners and the renters are nice, pleasant and respectful - that's our first consideration - making sure this stays intact! We want to welcome you and your family but also want you to know that this is a tight knit community who values family and fun as well as peace and quiet ! We hope you will maintain this code during your stay. The Pool, Smathers Beach across the street (and all it has to offer), the tennis courts, the nice grilling area, the clubhouse ... it's all there for you when you're not enjoying the fabulous view upstairs!
