Heron's Nest is a cozy canal home in Jamaica Beach with an amazing deck with extension directly over the canal with both a covered portion and an uncovered area. For the family who loves to fish and for those who just love a great deck with amazing water views, Heron's Nest has it all.

Heron's Nest is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that will accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a full-size frig, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, and a toaster. The home also has central air and heat, washer/dryer, fenced yard, charcoal and propane grill, swing and a boat dock.

On the main level of the home, the primary bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath and TV, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The laundry room is newly renovated and has a large capacity stackable washer/dryer!


JAMAICA BEACH

Jamaica Beach Texas is one of the most popular beaches and sought-after neighborhoods when it comes to vacation rentals – what it lacks in size, it makes up for action during the summer months, holidays and event weekends! Jamaica Beach is far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of Seawall (8 miles), and but not too far away from most of the island attractions (10 miles from 61st Street). Jamaica Beach also has its own community pool and private marina and boat ramp, Regatta Basin, a community pavilion and playground.

All Ryson properties are non-smoking.

This home is pet friendly. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

No white trash bags allowed; all trash has to be in black trash bags. The City will issue citations.

It is recommended to review Ryson's “Packing List” when planning your vacation. If there are any questions, please contact us.

Some of the properties Ryson manages require additional fees for things like parking passes, resort fees, amenity wristbands, etc. be paid to the HOA upon arrival directly. Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.


EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
