This home has been kept in pristine condition and only recently joined Ryson’s vacation rental portfolio in 2021. Guests will enjoy the open spaces, the view of The Gulf of Mexico, a large corner lot, and only steps to the beach! The home is located on a corner lot in Pirates’ Beach and is less than a 5-minute walk to the edge of the water.
Guests will enjoy the open living/dining/kitchen concept. The living area features two large sofas as well as additional seating around the large flat-screen television which sits over an electric fireplace (operated by remote control) for setting the mood!
The dining area features a table with 8 chairs and the island will seat 4 very comfortably. The updated kitchen comes equipped with granite countertops, a large pantry, stainless steel appliances, a double built-in wall oven, and a Brisa Vented hood above a 5-burner electric cooktop. The kitchen is outfitted with everything a guest could want from small snack preparation to full holiday meals.
This home also has a screened porch with teak tables and chairs, absolutely perfect for a summer’s day or evening to relax and enjoy a cool beverage on a screened-in porch. Under the home is a large shady area where guests may enjoy barbecues, a large outdoor shower for use when returning from the beach. Guests may also enjoy the remaining portions of the deck which have a view to the beach and Adirondack-style chairs for a chance to sit back and relax and hear the sounds of the water, waves, and pelicans as they fly overhead.

PIRATES' BEACH
Pirates' Beach, located on the beachside of the island, East of Jamaica Beach and Galveston Island State Park, is one of the island's most popular neighborhoods, as families have been vacationing in Pirates Beach for generations! Pirates' beaches are some of the best kept on the island, and many guests appreciate that vehicles are not able to drive on the beaches here (guests are able to park at one of the many neighborhood cul-de-sacs to easily carry beach gear to the beach). Pirates’ Beach has its own small grocery mart, liquor store, and even fresh seafood markets and bait shops. If you want to stock up on some essentials, Hummel’s General store is a one-stop shop for groceries, ice, fresh deli sandwiches, and pizza, pretty much all the goodies you may need for a vacation weekend.

This home is pet-friendly. 2 pets are allowed. Weight limit of 25 pounds. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

Some of the properties Ryson manages require additional fees for things like parking passes, resort fees, amenity wristbands, etc. be paid to the HOA upon arrival directly. Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on-premises or locating a better-limited mobility-friendly access unit).
Pirates' Beach is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and the cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
