There are 2 bedrooms and a half bath on the upper level; both bedrooms have 2 queen beds. The 3rd full bath is located in the hall off the kitchen. Full-size washer/dryer behind the kitchen.
This home has both gulf and bay views for all to enjoy. The house is equipped with central a/c & heat, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cable TV. and Internet. The outside offers a fenced-in yard, swing, hammock, and picnic table for your enjoyment. The fireplace is Nonworking.
HERSHEY BEACH
Hershey Beach is located on Galveston's West End, on the beachside, just 6 miles from town, West of Sunny Beach and East of Pirates' Beach.

This home is pet-friendly. Weight limit of 20 pounds. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
