Your apartment Sirona is located on the ground floor of a single-family house with a large plot and garden in an idyllic location and a beautiful view of nature.
The apartment has a separate entrance. On 70m² of living space you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and modern. The living-dining room is equipped with an attractive and spacious kitchenette with a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and a dishwasher. You will also find a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
The entire apartment is wonderfully bright and has a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet, toilet and two sinks. In the living room, a comfortable living area invites you to relax and cuddle. This can also be used as a sofa bed for two people. The bedroom is furnished with a 1.80 m bed and is also spacious.
Both the terrace and the green area in front of your apartment have a wonderful view. The existing patio furniture and two deck chairs are ready for you to use. If you want to spend a cozy barbecue evening, you can also use the panoramic terrace with barbecue facilities.
A parking space is available to accommodate your vehicle, from which you can get to the apartment barrier-free.
