***Beautiful Murphy Beds Overlooking the Ocean***

Relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of your Oceanfront Condominium in Garden City, South Carolina. This family-friendly location provides attractions for all ages. The beautiful one-bedroom Oceanfront Condominium 1203 is located on Waccamaw Dr., less than a mile from the Garden City Pier with the beach access only an elevator ride away. Condo 1203 is completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate our guests. In addition, a washer and dryer are included in the unit. This remarkable condo provides Two Queen Murphy Beds located in the living/dining room, an open dining area with a table that seats 6, as well as a private balcony. There is a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom with a Private Master Ensuite including a tub/shower combination. Condo 1203 sleeps 1-6 people only. The second bath is located off the hall with a walk-in shower. Sorry, NO pets allowed and non-smoking. Must obey by HOA parking rules and regulations. One parking pass permit will be provided during check-in. Condo 1203 is ready for you to make long lasting memories!

Rising Tides Properties Condominiums all offer a gorgeous oceanfront view with direct beach access. Amenities included are indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness center/equipment, elevator, parking garage, beach bar, gift shop, as well as Wi-Fi.

Heaven in October
Great place right on the beach, steps from the sand and ocean. Beautiful updated deck and pool area. The ongoing updates should be great! Our unit was tastefully decorated and such a great beach vibe! The colors, the full kitchen, furniture, washer and dryer, and beautful view from the balcony (throw rugs throughout made it amazing!). Hoping at some point they upgrade the kitchen cabinets and sink areas of bathrooms. Adding glass doors to the showers would be a nice touch. Wonderful place to stay and would consider it again!

Beautiful view
This was a last minute getaway. The property management was accomodating and very communicative. The location of the property on the oceanfront was great. It was quiet and the view was nice. The condo was spacious and definitely had the beach theme. The mattress in the master bedroom needs an upgrade. The mattress was not comfortable. Also, it would be nice if a small starter kit of dish detergent and hand soap be provided instead of the sample bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner. Overall, this was a great stay.

Great place for two! Very clean, comfy and has a great view. Check in was quick and easy. Check out even faster. Bed and furniture very comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony and taking in all the views. Would love to stay here again.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Condo is exactly as described. We very much enjoyed our stay aside from the pools being closed due to construction. The only recommendation would be some updated patio furniture. The current is very uncomfortable.

Beautiful and bright!
This property was clean and beautifully decorated. The Murphy beds were perfect for my adult children. The views were gorgeous. My only complaint would be they need a bigger coffee pot or a Keurig but otherwise it was wonderful!

Just what we needed
We were looking for a rental for a short long weekend trip for a family of 4. This place was the perfect place. The teen girls loved the Murphy beds and allowed them to have their own space. Having two bathrooms was definitely a plus. Great Area and View. Condo had everything we needed and rising tides property was so easy, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion would be upgrade the towels and offer hand/bar soap in bathrooms. Wonderful Stay!
