Immer wieder gerne!
Angefangene von der schnellen und unkomplizierten Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise bis zum Check-out verlief alles super. Die Gastgeberin war bei Fragen sehr gut erreichbar, das Haus sehr sauber und so liebevoll eingerichtet, dass wir uns auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt haben. Sa Ràpita als kleiner Ort bietet Ruhe und dennoch ein ausreichendes Angebot an sehr guten Restaurants oder einen Strandabschnitt. Das Haus selbst befindet sich am Rande des Ortes. Wir haben die Lage aber sehr geschätzt. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und wir können das Hauses sowie die Gastgeberin nur wärmstens empfehlen! :) Dass

Ein Zuhause auf Mallorca
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Wir dürften 9 Tage zu Gast dem tollen Haus sein. Die große mallorquinische Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Küche hat einen Kaffeeautomaten, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen und einen riesigen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank. Zum Einkaufen hängen Taschen sowie eine Kühltasche bereit und für den Strand gibt es separate Handtücher und Schirme. Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto fahren, aber Parkplätze gibt es am nahegelegenen Strand ausreichend. Kleinere Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, die größeren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im nahegelegenen Campus. Das Grundstück mit der tollen Vegetation ist wunderschön und der Pool ein Traum. Das Haus hat komfortable Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Bad. Besser geht es nicht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Schönes Haus mit Mega Ausstattung
Lage Top, ruhige Straße. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermietung. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Alles da was man zum entspannen benötigt. Die Außenanlage ist gut gepflegt und lädt zum Grillen ein. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und sich erholen. Mit Freunden oder der Familie genießen. Gern wieder.

Beautiful Home and Gardens
My family loved staying at this beautiful villa. The town of Sa Rapita is small and quaint but has some nice dining options and a diving board to access the ocean. The villa has lovely gardens, a refreshing pool, and peaceful outdoor spaces. We loved the comfortable beds and air conditioning. We stayed 6 nights but wish we had more time. We loved driving around the island to discover darling towns and beautiful landscapes. Ute was a wonderful host. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Das Haus war für uns (5 Personen, 3 Generationen) perfekt. Eine gute Raumaufteilung, großer Esstisch sowohl drinnen als auch draußen, eine sehr sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Pool mit genügend Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten war das tägliche Highlight nach unseren Ausflügen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend und ein Auto finden wir hilfreich/notwendig für Einkäufe, Ausflüge etc Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und absolut vorbildlich in Kommunikation und Flexibilität bei An- und Abreise. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an dieser Stelle. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

Ein Zuhause auf Mallorca
Wir haben uns in dem schönen Haus und Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Von der Einkaufstasche, über ausreichend Handtücher, Spiele, Sonos und vieles mehr. Wir haben uns besonders im wunderschön angelegten Garten wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben auch den unkomplizierten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr geschätzt. Sa Rapita ist auch in der Hauptsaison nicht überlaufen. Das Haus liegt am oberen Ende vom Ort, ein Auto ist daher ein Muss.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend. Die Flexibilität zum Check-in und Check-out sehr hoch. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch als Familie. Die Einrichtung ist durchdacht und sehr wohnlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

9 Tage Auszeit im September
Wir hatten das Haus zu zweit für 9 Tage gemietet und es in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Begrüßung am Ankunftstag durch das Verwalterehepaar war sehr herzlich und informativ. Die moderne Einrichtung wird durch passende Accessoires in jedem Raum ergänzt. Der große Garten mit Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein, es werden bequeme Sonnenliegen bereitgestellt. Abends das Lichtambiente im Garten bzw. Pool war ebenfalls sehr schön anzusehen und entspannend. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb, was aber durch den Mietwagen kein Problem darstellt. Wir würden uns für unseren nächsten Besuch, einen Heißwasserkocher sowie neue Teller und Müslischalen wünschen. Ansonsten können wir die Villa als Rundum-Wohlfühl-Haus empfehlen und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Jederzeit wieder
Wir (Familie mit 5 Personen aus 3 Generationen) kamen nach zahlreichen Unwettern auf der Insel in ein blitzsauberes Haus mit super gepflegtem Garten. Die Erholung begann also bereits am ersten Tag. Der Pool war im Februar natürlich noch ein bisschen kalt (9 Grad), aber in der Sonne haben wir auch die Pool-Area genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem Neubaugebiet, wo noch einige Grundstücke zum Verkauf stehen. In den Ort sind es ca. 1,5km. Familie Lebbing stellt jedoch für den schnellen Ausflug zwischendurch 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Ein Leihwagen ist Pflicht, sollte aber auf dieser abwechslungsreichen Insel ohnehin selbtsverständlich sein. Die Einrichtung war stil- und liebevoll ... auch für kleine Kinder ist alles vorbereitet. Die Betreuung vor Ort war super nett und unkompliziert. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Fantastic Villa and holiday experience
We stayed at this property for 10 days over the beginning of July. We were met by Silvia who is available close by in case of any emergencies or help with anything. Such a lovely and helpful lady and a very smooth welcome to the villa. As soon as we entered the villa we were all blown away with the quality of the place. All the rooms were very contemporary and modern and the furnishings were of great quality. All the little details from the paintings on the walls to the quality of the utilities was brilliant. The villa has everything you could possibly need for a week or two. The WiFi was great and allowed us to access our Netflix account on the tv in the living room which was needed when you’ve got two little kids that like their Paw Patrol! All rooms were spacious and light and the villa has a great security aspect with shutters on all doors and windows and locks on secure outside gates. Outside the villa the garden and pool area were so lovely. We actually spent most of the 10 days just staying at the villa and around the pool because it was so nice. But the local Sa Rapita resort is only a 5 min car ride away. Quite a small and quiet resort with just a few restaurants and a spa and feels like it’s been untouched by too much tourism so was a nice change. The closest Aldi is available only a few miles away so you can stock up with food for the whole week. Overall a wonderful villa, nice quiet location, everything you could possibly need and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We couldn’t recommend this place more - it was brilliant. Thank you to Ute for being a great owner with fast communication and advice. Thank you to Silvia and Gunther for all their help and quick responses to any questions. You all made the villa experience even better! Would definitely stay again!!!

Villa in Sa Rapita
This property is actually nicer than the photos portray. Gorgeous gardens and extremely well equipped. Town is a 25 min walk but nice esplanade with good selection of restaurants. Happy to recommend.

Wir können uns den anderen Gästen nur anschließen. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, alles da und alles drin! Alles gepflegt und sauber. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die schöne, abgestimmte Einrichtung und die modernen Bäder. Die Küche ist mehr als ausreichend eingerichtet. Es ist von allem genug vorhanden. Das gleiche gilt für die Bäder, genug Handtücher. Vor allen Dingen fanden wir es sehr angenehm, auch noch separate Pool/Strandhandtücher zu haben. Garten und Pool (Reinigung 1x/Woche) laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Betreuung via email mit der Besitzerin und vor Ort waren einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank
